ExpressPlus? 預(yù)制膠是Express 預(yù)制膠的升級版,，它的電泳時間更短、上樣量更大,、轉(zhuǎn)印效率更高,，zui重要的是，它具有更高的性價比,。 該預(yù)制膠于pH6.4的弱酸性條件下灌注,，能夠更好地減少聚丙烯酰胺的降解，提高凝膠穩(wěn)定性和分辨率,。
ExpressPlus?預(yù)制膠提供不同濃度的梯度膠和固定濃度膠,。梯度膠的濃度包括4-20%、4-12%和8-16% ,；固定濃度膠包括8%,、10%和12%。每種濃度的預(yù)制膠都有10孔,、12孔和15孔三種規(guī)格。膠板尺寸：長×寬×厚為100×85.4×4.7 mm,；凝膠尺寸：長×寬×厚為80×70×1 mm,。
