GS1‐R是Cellartis推出的一款專門用于大鼠（Rats）胚胎干細(xì)胞（ES）或胚胎生殖細(xì)胞（EG）的培養(yǎng)基。該產(chǎn)品中的成分可以壓抑細(xì)胞分化信號(hào),，從而很好地把培養(yǎng)的細(xì)胞保持在未分化的基態(tài)（ground state）,與此同時(shí)細(xì)胞的活性和增殖不受影響,。在本產(chǎn)品中培養(yǎng)增殖的大鼠細(xì)胞可以用于向生殖細(xì)胞發(fā)育相關(guān)的研究潛力，可以用來(lái)構(gòu)造轉(zhuǎn)基因大鼠,，比如通過(guò)傳統(tǒng)的homologous recombination方法或是 nuclease-based gene editing方法,。GS1‐R是成分確定的培養(yǎng)基，無(wú)血清添加,，需要飼養(yǎng)層,。

GS1‐R is a compley defined, serum‐free cell culture medium that is used for the derivation, maintenance, and propagation of rat embryonic stem (ES) and embryonic germ (EG) cells. The medium contains selective small molecule inhibitors that block differentiation-inducing signals, maintaining cells in the ‘ground state’ of self-renewal and promoting cell survival and growth (1–3). Rat ES cells cultured in GS1‐R medium are germ-line competent and can be used to generate transgenic knock‐out rats using either classic homologous recombination or nuclease-based gene editing techniques.

Rat ES and EG cells will require co-culture support from feeder cells; Stem Cell Sciences (UK) Ltd. recommends inactivated mouse embryonic fibroblasts seeded at 2 - 4 x 104 cells/cm2 on pre-gelatinised culture vessels.Further supplementation with an activating STAT3 signalling cytokine such as LIF is optional5.

大鼠ES和EG細(xì)胞需要來(lái)自飼養(yǎng)細(xì)胞的共培養(yǎng)支持; Stem Cell Sciences（UK）Ltd.推薦滅活的小鼠胚胎成纖維細(xì)胞接種2-4×10 ⁴個(gè)細(xì)胞/ cm ²在pre-gelatinised的培養(yǎng)容器上,。進(jìn)一步補(bǔ)充活化STAT3信號(hào)傳導(dǎo)因子如LIF,。

保存：Upon receipt, store the media at -20℃ and the 2i supplement at -80℃ until ready to use.When stored under these conditions, the products are stable for 12 months from the date of manufacture (see label).Once thawed and combined, store at 4℃ and use within 2 weeks.This product is light sensitive, and should be protected from light.
