MDJ-IIA/IIB/IIC瀝青馬歇爾電動擊實(shí)儀 【性能區(qū)別簡單說明】
A型馬歇爾擊實(shí)儀為自動計數(shù),,自動擊實(shí),。帶有半自動壓模裝置,,做直徑101.6小馬歇爾試件。B型馬歇爾擊實(shí)儀做直徑152.4大馬歇爾試件,,且具有A型的所有功能,。C型馬歇爾擊實(shí)儀可以做大小兩種試件,且具有A型和B型的所有功能,。
馬歇爾電動擊實(shí)儀【使用及操作方法】
●●擊實(shí)儀安裝
a.擊實(shí)儀應(yīng)水平安裝在水泥混凝土基座上,,并用預(yù)埋的地腳螺栓M10×250固定,螺栓孔中心距500×500mm,。
b.底座澆注前,,應(yīng)調(diào)整儀器水平和壓實(shí)頭的中心。調(diào)整時以試模鋼板平臺為基礎(chǔ),,裝上試模,,松開安全操縱桿,用手提起導(dǎo)桿上下活動,,調(diào)整擊實(shí)臺的位置和水平,,以調(diào)整壓實(shí)頭與試模壓環(huán)之間的間隙,保證擊實(shí)壓頭與試模壓環(huán)沒有摩擦現(xiàn)象,,使壓實(shí)頭在試模內(nèi)上下活動自如,。
c.將水泥混凝土澆注在儀器底座的混凝土底座內(nèi)(包括箱體的底部)與底座囗澆平(木墩有一部分被埋住)。
●●馬歇爾電動擊實(shí)儀儀器的使用
a.擰緊擊實(shí)控制連接電纜線插頭,。
b.預(yù)置擊實(shí)次數(shù),,接通電源。
●●操作方法
a.每次擊實(shí)前應(yīng)將擊實(shí)壓頭,,試模內(nèi)壁及試模底座涂刷機(jī)油,。
b.打開安全門,,提起導(dǎo)軌滑桿及重錘,用安全操縱桿將擊實(shí)壓頭鎖住,。
c.按規(guī)范要求將拌合好的瀝青混合料放入試模內(nèi),,將試模推入鋼板平臺的試模定位銷內(nèi),鎖緊試模,。
d.提起導(dǎo)桿及重錘,,打開安全操縱桿,放下?lián)魧?shí)壓頭,,關(guān)上安全門,按下啟動按鈕擊實(shí)便開始,,達(dá)到設(shè)定次數(shù)自動關(guān)機(jī),。
馬歇爾電動擊實(shí)儀【使用注意事項】
●●記數(shù)器以正計數(shù)方式進(jìn)行計數(shù)。
●●下一次擊實(shí)時應(yīng)先按下復(fù)位按鈕,,再按啟動按鈕,。
●●正在進(jìn)行擊實(shí)需停機(jī)或機(jī)器發(fā)生故障時可按下停止按鈕,使擊實(shí)儀停止工作。
●●應(yīng)定期檢查鏈條的張緊度,,如果其撓度大于10mm就應(yīng)進(jìn)行調(diào)整,。
●●在沒有裝混合料時,不得啟動擊實(shí)儀,不用時在試模內(nèi)墊棉紗或碎紙屑,。
●● 定期對鏈條,、重錘滑動部分進(jìn)行潤滑。
●●每次擊實(shí)結(jié)束后,,應(yīng)即對試模,、擊實(shí)壓頭、鋼板平臺進(jìn)行清洗處理,。
●●應(yīng)經(jīng)常檢查鋼板平臺與混凝土底座的張緊度,。
