| CD47 是一種廣泛表達(dá)于多種細(xì)胞表面的跨膜糖蛋白基因,，屬于免疫球蛋白超家族成 員。其編碼的蛋白質(zhì)在細(xì)胞表面發(fā)揮重要功能,，主要通過與信號調(diào)節(jié)蛋白α（SIRPα）結(jié) 合，傳遞“別吃我"信號,，抑制巨噬細(xì)胞等免疫細(xì)胞對自身細(xì)胞的吞噬,，從而在免疫逃逸 和自身耐受中起關(guān)鍵作用。在腫瘤微環(huán)境中,，癌細(xì)胞常高表達(dá) CD47,，借此逃避免疫監(jiān)視， 促進(jìn)腫瘤生長與轉(zhuǎn)移,。此外,，CD47 還參與細(xì)胞遷移、增殖及凋亡等過程,，并與血小板活 化,、神經(jīng)發(fā)育等功能相關(guān)。研究表明,，CD47 在多種血液系統(tǒng)惡性腫瘤及實(shí)體瘤中高表達(dá),， 與不良預(yù)后相關(guān)，使其成為治療的潛在靶點(diǎn),。目前,，針對 CD47 的阻斷抗體或融 合蛋白等療法正在臨床研究中，旨在恢復(fù)巨噬細(xì)胞對腫瘤細(xì)胞的吞噬作用,，為癌癥治療提 供新策略,。 | |
