三元前驅體裝置由反應釜,、蠕動泵、在線PH控制系統(tǒng),、控溫循環(huán)裝置四部分組成,。采用PLC+觸摸屏控制；反應釜由不銹鋼316L和玻璃兩種材質,；夾套+保溫設計,；采用機械攪拌,、攪拌轉速50-500r/min轉/分可調,；采用雙層推進式攪拌槳，混合速度快,，分散效果好,；計量泵可實現連續(xù)進液；led數字顯示泵頭轉速,，加料速率可調,；可設置定時功能；在線ph自動控制系統(tǒng),，穩(wěn)定性高,，耐酸堿腐蝕；控溫循環(huán)裝置,，通過夾套控溫,，控溫范圍30-70ºC正負0.5ºC；采用PLC+觸摸屏控制，實現在線監(jiān)控反應器內溫度,、壓力,、攪拌速度、加料速率,、用戶只用輸入設定值,，就可以實現無人值守自動反應，避免長達48h的專門看守和手動調節(jié)波動造成的產品性能下降,。
