REXROTH電磁閥的結(jié)構(gòu)和工作原理
一:力士樂直動(dòng)式電磁閥
有常閉型和常開型二種,。常閉型斷電時(shí)呈關(guān)閉狀態(tài),,當(dāng)線圈通電時(shí)產(chǎn)生電磁力,,使動(dòng)鐵芯克服彈簧力同靜鐵芯吸合直接開啟閥,,介質(zhì)呈通路,;當(dāng)線圈斷電時(shí)電磁力消失,,動(dòng)鐵芯在彈簧力的作用下復(fù)位,,直接關(guān)閉閥口,,介質(zhì)不通,。結(jié)構(gòu)簡單,,動(dòng)作可靠,在零壓差和微真空下正常工作,。常開型正好相反,。如小于φ6流量通徑的電磁閥。
力士樂電磁閥原理:常閉型直動(dòng)式電磁閥通電時(shí),,電磁線圈產(chǎn)生電磁吸力把閥芯提起,,使關(guān)閉件離遠(yuǎn)開閥座密封副打開;斷電時(shí),,電磁力消失,,靠彈簧力把關(guān)閉元件壓在閥座上閥門關(guān)閉。(常開型與此相反)
特點(diǎn):在真空,、負(fù)壓,、零壓時(shí)能正常工作,但一般通徑不超過25mm。DN50以下可任意安裝,,但電磁頭體積較大,。
二、力士樂分步直動(dòng)式電磁閥
該閥采用一次開閥和二次開閥連在一體,,主閥和導(dǎo)閥分步使電磁力和壓差直接開啟主閥口,。當(dāng)線圈通電時(shí),產(chǎn)生電磁力使動(dòng)鐵芯和靜鐵芯吸合,,導(dǎo)閥口開啟而導(dǎo)閥口設(shè)在主閥口上,,且動(dòng)鐵芯與主閥芯連在一起,此時(shí)主閥上腔的壓力通過導(dǎo)閥口卸荷,,在壓力差和電磁力的同時(shí)作用下使主閥芯向上運(yùn)動(dòng),,開啟主閥介質(zhì)流通。當(dāng)線圈斷電時(shí)電磁力消失,,此時(shí)動(dòng)鐵芯在自重和彈簧力的作用下關(guān)閉導(dǎo)閥孔,,此時(shí)介質(zhì)在平衡孔中進(jìn)入主閥芯上腔,使上腔壓力升高,,此時(shí)在彈簧復(fù)位和壓力的作用下關(guān)閉主閥,,介質(zhì)斷流。結(jié)構(gòu)合理,,動(dòng)作可靠,,在零壓差時(shí)工作也可靠。如:ZQDF,,ZS,,2W等。
力士樂電磁閥原理:它是一種直動(dòng)和先導(dǎo)式相結(jié)合的原理,,當(dāng)入口與出口壓差≤0.05Mpa,,通電時(shí),電磁力直接把先導(dǎo)小閥和主閥關(guān)閉件依次向上提起,,閥門打開,。當(dāng)入口與出口壓差>0.05Mpa,通電時(shí),,電磁力先打開先導(dǎo)小閥,,主閥下腔壓力上升,上腔壓力下降,,從而利用壓差把主閥向上推開,;斷電時(shí),先導(dǎo)閥和主閥利用彈簧力或介質(zhì)壓力推動(dòng)關(guān)閉件,,向下移動(dòng),使閥門關(guān)閉。
特點(diǎn):在零壓差或真空,、高壓時(shí)亦能可靠工作,,但功率較大,要求豎直安裝,。
三,、力士樂間接先導(dǎo)式電磁閥
該系列電磁閥由先導(dǎo)閥和主閥芯著形成通道組合而成;常閉型在未通電時(shí),,呈關(guān)閉狀態(tài),。當(dāng)線圈通電時(shí),產(chǎn)生的磁力使動(dòng)鐵芯和靜鐵芯吸合,,導(dǎo)閥口打開,,介質(zhì)流向出口,此時(shí)主閥芯上腔壓力減少,,低于進(jìn)口側(cè)的壓力,,形成壓差克服彈簧阻力而隨之向上運(yùn)動(dòng),達(dá)到開啟主閥口的目的,,介質(zhì)流通,。當(dāng)線圈斷電時(shí),磁力消失,,動(dòng)鐵芯在彈簧力作用下復(fù)位關(guān)閉先導(dǎo)口,,此時(shí)介質(zhì)從平衡孔流入,主閥芯上腔壓力增大,,并在彈簧力的作用下向下運(yùn)動(dòng),,關(guān)閉主閥口。常開式原理正好相反,。如:SLA,,DF(φ15以上口徑),ZCZ等,。
力士樂電磁閥原理:通電時(shí),,電磁力驅(qū)動(dòng)先導(dǎo)閥打開先導(dǎo)閥,主閥上腔壓力迅速下降,,在主閥上下腔內(nèi)形成壓差,,依靠介質(zhì)壓力推動(dòng)主閥關(guān)閉件上移,閥門開啟,;斷電時(shí),,彈簧力把先導(dǎo)閥關(guān)閉,入口介質(zhì)壓力通過先導(dǎo)孔迅速進(jìn)入主閥上腔在上腔內(nèi)形成壓差,,從而使主閥關(guān)閉,。
