     二、“雜音”染色片
     免疫組化除正常的真實的陽性信號外常常會遇到不正常的背景著色,，這些非正常的著色稱為“雜音”染色,。“雜音”染色種類繁多，產生的原因也多種多樣,，為了便于說明,，筆者將其歸納為下面幾種。
    1,、 全片著色
    全片著色是指整個切片全都染上了顏色,，著色的強度可深可淺，總之,，分不清那些組織是陽性那些組織是陰性,。出現(xiàn)這種現(xiàn)象的原因有：
     （1）、抗體濃度過高：一抗?jié)舛冗^高是常見的原因之一,。解決辦法是,，每次使用新抗體前應當對其工作濃度進行測試，使每一抗體個體化,，找到適合自己實驗室的理想工作濃度,，既使是即用型的抗體也應如此，不能只簡單的按說明書進行染色,。
