自動(dòng)石油產(chǎn)品液相銹蝕試驗(yàn)儀

一、用途和使用范圍
RLP-6型自動(dòng)石油產(chǎn)品液相銹蝕試驗(yàn)儀適用于按照GB/T 11143 《加抑制劑礦物油在水存在下防銹性能試驗(yàn)法》 和ASTM D665《Standard Test Method for Rust-Preventing Characteristics of Inhibited Mineral Oil in the Presence of Water在有水條件下抑制礦物油生銹的防銹特性的試驗(yàn)方法》標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定的試驗(yàn)方法,,測(cè)定加抑制劑礦物油在水存在下的防銹性能,。RLP-6液相銹蝕試驗(yàn)儀適用于評(píng)定加抑制劑的礦物油,特別是汽輪機(jī)油在同水混合時(shí)對(duì)鐵部件的防銹能力,,也適用于其它油品,,例如液壓油、循環(huán)油以及比水重的液體,。
二,、技術(shù)規(guī)格
恒溫槽尺寸:816(W)×180(D)×200(H) mm
外形尺寸:1000(W)×260(340)(D)×720(H) mm
恒溫浴控溫范圍:室溫/10℃--80℃
計(jì)時(shí)顯示:6路
控溫精度:±0.5℃
試樣試驗(yàn)孔數(shù)量:6個(gè)
燒杯尺寸:容積400mL
加熱功率:2000W
恒溫浴攪拌電機(jī):AC-220V,25W
試樣攪拌驅(qū)動(dòng)電機(jī): DC-24V,50W,1500rpm±25rpm
三,、結(jié)構(gòu)及特點(diǎn)
(一)結(jié)構(gòu)
本試驗(yàn)儀主要由測(cè)定部和控制部?jī)纱蟛糠纸M成:
1.測(cè)定部主體部分是由機(jī)座、恒溫?。ㄓ驮,。⒓訜峁芎秃銣卦嚢柩b置等組成,。加熱管和恒溫浴攪拌電機(jī)安裝在機(jī)座蓋板上,,蓋板上有六個(gè)試樣試驗(yàn)孔,試樣試驗(yàn)孔下面(即油浴內(nèi))裝有用于放置燒杯的托架,。
2.測(cè)定部另一個(gè)重要組成部分是由動(dòng)力頭(試樣攪拌驅(qū)動(dòng)電機(jī)和變速裝置),、傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)、橫梁,、試樣攪拌裝置等組成,。動(dòng)力頭位于試驗(yàn)儀的左上方,其動(dòng)力經(jīng)變速裝置并通過(guò)傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)傳遞給六路試樣攪拌裝置,,帶動(dòng)試樣攪拌器旋轉(zhuǎn)并保持轉(zhuǎn)速恒定在1500±25rpm,。
3.控制部是由控制部分和電源部分組成??刂撇糠治挥谠囼?yàn)儀的動(dòng)力頭下方,,電源部分位于控制部分的上方。
(二)特點(diǎn)
本試驗(yàn)儀主要有以下特點(diǎn):
1.六路試樣攪拌裝置可自由投入:本試驗(yàn)儀一次可同時(shí)對(duì)六個(gè)試樣進(jìn)行試驗(yàn),,當(dāng)試樣不滿(mǎn)六個(gè)時(shí),,可把試樣攪拌裝置卸下,并在操作界面上選擇試驗(yàn)通道號(hào)來(lái)確定試樣試驗(yàn)位置,。這樣,,可避免試樣攪拌裝置空載運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn),降低噪聲,,延長(zhǎng)使用壽命,。
2.試樣攪拌器更換和清洗操作方便:為方便試樣攪拌器更換和清洗,在非工作位置,,試樣攪拌裝置均可向上提起,,退出定位軸卸下(見(jiàn)附圖【E】)。此時(shí),,必須先擰下圓形螺母,,卸下橫梁罩殼,將試樣攪拌裝置上的試樣攪拌器提過(guò)(退出)燒杯蓋即可,。
3.六路燒杯內(nèi)試樣溫度可分別自動(dòng)檢測(cè):每個(gè)燒杯蓋上裝有溫度傳感器座,,用于安裝溫度傳感器Pt 100。
4.微機(jī)控制,,具有:
?。幔┴S富的人機(jī)對(duì)話(huà)功能,;
?。猓┖銣卦囟茸詣?dòng)控制,,其中對(duì)60℃默認(rèn)操作,亦可另行設(shè)定,;
?。悖┰嚇訑嚢柁D(zhuǎn)速自動(dòng)檢測(cè)并屏幕顯示,;
?。洌┝酚?jì)時(shí)功能,,可分別設(shè)定,、獨(dú)立計(jì)時(shí),;
e)自我診斷和自動(dòng)檢測(cè)保護(hù)功能,,并屏幕提示:
·恒溫浴液位低于警戒線(xiàn)報(bào)警;
·加熱器開(kāi)路報(bào)警,;
·溫度傳感器損壞報(bào)警,;
·恒溫浴溫度異常報(bào)警,;
·試樣攪拌電機(jī)故障報(bào)警,;
·恒溫浴攪拌電機(jī)故障報(bào)警,。
以上報(bào)警均伴有蜂鳴器聲響警示,。
根據(jù)需要,公司可未經(jīng)預(yù)告對(duì)儀器的規(guī)格和外形進(jìn)行更改,,望予以諒解為盼,。
