APP-K2型全自動(dòng)石油產(chǎn)品傾點(diǎn)試驗(yàn)儀(雙杯/氣壓檢測(cè)法)系本公司開發(fā)出來(lái)的高科技產(chǎn)品。儀器具有操作簡(jiǎn)單,、重復(fù)性好等特點(diǎn)。由于使用了內(nèi)藏式半導(dǎo)體制冷器,,使整個(gè)儀器結(jié)構(gòu)合理緊湊,。大型液晶觸摸式顯示屏具有多彩的顯示界面可直接點(diǎn)擊操作,能動(dòng)態(tài)清晰地顯示出試驗(yàn)狀態(tài)和測(cè)試數(shù)據(jù),,整個(gè)試驗(yàn)過(guò)程達(dá)到了全自動(dòng)化。每次試驗(yàn)的采樣量?jī)H為5ml,通過(guò)目前*的氣壓檢測(cè)方法可以快速有效的檢測(cè)傾點(diǎn),方便簡(jiǎn)單且測(cè)試精度高,提高試驗(yàn)效率
本試驗(yàn)儀適用于 ASTM D6749《ASTM D6749 - 02(2007) Standard Test Method for Pour Point of Petroleum Products (Automatic Air Pressure Method) 石油產(chǎn)品傾點(diǎn)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)測(cè)試方法(自動(dòng)氣壓法)》
等效于ASTM D97《ASTM D97 - 09 Standard Test Method for Pour Point of Petroleum Products石油的傾點(diǎn)的試驗(yàn)方法》標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及GB/T 3535《石油產(chǎn)品傾點(diǎn)測(cè)定法》標(biāo)準(zhǔn),。
特點(diǎn)
(1)所有的設(shè)定及試驗(yàn)操作均可在控制面板上進(jìn)行;
(2)大型液晶顯示屏及windows中文界面使設(shè)定,、操作更為方便;
(3)試驗(yàn)過(guò)程中的控溫狀態(tài)、降溫曲線及檢測(cè)次數(shù)等可通過(guò)顯示屏實(shí)時(shí)顯示;
(4)高穩(wěn)定制冷系統(tǒng)保證了試驗(yàn)所需制冷效果,;
(5)只需連接打印機(jī)即可得到詳細(xì)的測(cè)試數(shù)據(jù);
(6)采用高靈敏度光纖檢測(cè)裝置,能正確地測(cè)出實(shí)時(shí)傾點(diǎn);
(7)具有自動(dòng)檢測(cè)試樣著火及滅火功能;
(8)具有自動(dòng)故障檢測(cè)及報(bào)警功能;
(9)本試驗(yàn)儀配有將數(shù)據(jù)輸入微機(jī)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)輸出口(RS
(10)本試驗(yàn)儀具有通過(guò)信息化操控處理異地維修操作控制功能,省時(shí)省力獨(dú)樹一幟,。
