一,、用途：主要用于各類中等常規(guī)尺寸瓦楞紙箱的抗壓強度試驗或其他材料制成的抗壓強度的包裝容器的整箱抗壓強度檢測與試驗，比如食品飲料方便面包裝,，化妝品包裝,，啤酒包裝，糧油包裝等等,。本儀器控制精度高,，研制技術*，為目前國內的一款通用型紙箱抗壓試驗機,。

二,、原理: 本機為電子顯示壓力試驗機，運用馬達傳動螺桿而使上壓板向下移動,，因而壓緊試料,；結果運用LOAD CELL力量感應器連接顯示器自動顯示力量值。

三,、特點：

3.1,、本機采用高精度里量傳感器感應,，測試出抗力數值并直接顯示。為檢驗紙箱,、紙盒或其它材料制成容器之耐壓強度zui直接的設備,。

3.2、本試驗機具有標準中包含的各項參數測試,、顯示,、單位轉換、打印等功能

四,、本試驗機有三種標準工作模式,，其功能介紹如下：

4.1、強度試驗：可測量箱體的zui大抗壓力,；

4.2,、定值試驗：可根據設定的壓力來檢測箱體的整體性能；

4.3,、堆碼試驗：按國家標準規(guī)定要求,，可進行12小時，24小時等不同條件的堆碼試驗,。
