體外：MK-2206 dihydrochloride (MK-2206 (2HCl))（0-10 μM,；72 和 96 小時(shí)）抑制鼻咽癌 (NPC) 細(xì)胞系 CNE-1,、CNE-2,、HONE-1 和 SUNE-1 在劑量和時(shí)間依賴性方式^[1]。
MK-2206（0-10 μM,；24 和 48 小時(shí)）導(dǎo)致 CNE-2 中 G0/G1 期細(xì)胞百分比呈劑量依賴性增加,，并伴隨 S 期細(xì)胞數(shù)量減少和 HONE-1 細(xì)胞^[3]。
MK-2206 dihydrochloride（0-10 μM,；24 小時(shí)）以劑量依賴的方式減弱 PRAS40 和 S6 的磷酸化水平,。 MK-2206 不影響 GSKα/β 和 AKT^[3] 的磷酸化。

體內(nèi)：MK-2206  (MK-2206 (2HCl)) 劑量（口服強(qiáng)飼法,；480 mg/kg 每周一次和 240 mg/kg 每周三次,；持續(xù) 2 周）均可抑制人 CNE-2 異種移植物的生長裸鼠。在小鼠中未觀察到其他明顯毒性^[3],。
MK-2206（口服,；120 mg/kg；隔天,；持續(xù) 3 周）顯著抑制 3-5 周齡無胸腺裸鼠 GEO 結(jié)腸癌細(xì)胞的腫瘤生長^[4],。
