■ | SBW系列熱電偶/熱電阻溫度變送器工作原理 |
熱電偶或熱電阻傳感器將被測(cè)溫度轉(zhuǎn)換成電信號(hào),再將該信號(hào)送入變送器的輸入網(wǎng)絡(luò),,該網(wǎng)絡(luò)包含調(diào)零和熱電偶補(bǔ)償?shù)认嚓P(guān)電路,。經(jīng)調(diào)零后的信號(hào)輸入到運(yùn)算放大器進(jìn)行信號(hào)放大,放大的信號(hào)一路經(jīng)V/I轉(zhuǎn)換器計(jì)算處理后以4-20mA直流電流輸出,;另一路經(jīng)A/D轉(zhuǎn)換器處理后到表頭顯示,。變送器的線性化電路有兩種,,均采用反饋方式,。對(duì)熱電阻傳感器,用正反饋方式校正,,對(duì)熱電偶傳感器,,用多段折線逼近法進(jìn)行校正,。一體化數(shù)字顯示溫度變送器有兩種顯示方式。LCD顯示的溫度變送器用兩線制方式輸出,,LED顯示的溫度變送器三線制方式輸出,。一體化溫度變送器的延伸理解液位傳感器基于所測(cè)液體靜壓與該液體的高度成比例的原理,基于所測(cè)液體靜壓與該液體的高度成比例的原理,,采用*的隔離型擴(kuò)散硅敏感元件或陶瓷電容壓力敏感傳感器,,將靜壓轉(zhuǎn)換為電信號(hào),散硅敏感元件或陶瓷電容壓力敏感傳感器,,將靜壓轉(zhuǎn)換為電信號(hào),,再經(jīng)過(guò)溫度補(bǔ)償和線性修正,轉(zhuǎn)化成標(biāo)準(zhǔn)電信號(hào),。 | |
