滑線式變阻器產(chǎn)品采用經(jīng)過氧化絕緣處理的康銅絲,，密繞于陶瓷管上,，并固定于金屬保護(hù)支架上，通過接觸系統(tǒng)的導(dǎo)電電刷,，在康銅絲表面移動,，以達(dá)到改變阻值的大小，本產(chǎn)品在交直流電路中均適用,，在電氣機(jī)械設(shè)計階段中作變更電流,、電壓和作為代替未定阻值的可變電阻器及負(fù)載之用，在實驗室中作研究試驗或教學(xué)演示用的電流,、電壓調(diào)節(jié)器,，以及作為發(fā)電設(shè)備和直流電動機(jī)的勵磁、調(diào)速電阻等之用,。根據(jù)特殊要求可制作為無感,，以保證嚴(yán)格環(huán)境下的使用要求。

? 使用及維護(hù)：Use and maintenance
1、變阻器單臺產(chǎn)品在電路中可作串,、并聯(lián)使用,，也可多臺并機(jī)使用。

2,、滑線變阻器的結(jié)構(gòu)和符號如圖所示，電阻絲的兩頭分別接在瓷管兩端的A,、B接線柱 上,，A、B之間的電阻即為總電阻,?；瑒宇^D可沿金屬桿滑動，與電阻絲接觸良好,，改 變其位置就可以改變AC（或BC）電阻,。額定電流和總電阻等參數(shù)均在銘牌上標(biāo)明。在 電路中有兩種接法：

注意：限流接法中,，變阻器的滑動頭應(yīng)放在電阻zui大的位置,；分壓接法中，變阻器的滑 動頭應(yīng)放在分壓zui小的位置,。

４,、變阻器使用如發(fā)生接觸不良時,，可在電刷接觸面移動的康銅絲表面，除去氧化絕緣層,， 即可消除其現(xiàn)象,。

６、變阻器經(jīng)長時間的連續(xù)使用后,，如發(fā)現(xiàn)滑片失去壓力時,，需拆下接觸系統(tǒng)，把接觸橋修 正（矯直）,，重新裝上后,，使電刷貼平于電阻絲表面，方可正常使用,。
