一旦小鼠單克隆細(xì)胞系被亞克隆為單克隆,，它就可以通過體外（生物反應(yīng)器）或體內(nèi)（腹水）生產(chǎn)用作單克隆抗體（mAb）的無限來源,。

細(xì)胞系擴(kuò)增（1-2周）
解凍并擴(kuò)增單克隆細(xì)胞系用于接種生物反應(yīng)器。
可根據(jù)要求提供細(xì)胞系對(duì)無血清培養(yǎng)基的適應(yīng)（適應(yīng)最多需要 3 周）,。
生物反應(yīng)器生產(chǎn)（2周）
將細(xì)胞系接種到生物反應(yīng)器中并產(chǎn)生抗體。
mAb純化

細(xì)胞系擴(kuò)增（項(xiàng)目相關(guān)時(shí)間線）
解凍并擴(kuò)增單克隆細(xì)胞系用于接種小鼠,。
接種（3-4周）
對(duì)小鼠進(jìn)行啟動(dòng),，接種細(xì)胞,，然后收獲抗體,。
