3.1系統(tǒng)分區(qū)需求
C盤NTFS格式并且不小于20G。
3.2安裝操作系統(tǒng)
? 操作系統(tǒng)與PCS7版本兼容列表如下所示
注：當(dāng)前版本的PCS7均不支持中文版的操作系統(tǒng),；
? 安裝Windows XP Professional SP2 英文版（帶多語言包）、IE6.0 SP2或Windows 2003 Server SP1英文版（帶多語言包）,、IE6.0 SP1,。
注：當(dāng)采用的工控機(jī)非西門子工控機(jī)時，不保證第三方的驅(qū)動程序/軟件和PCS7系統(tǒng)之間的兼容性（例如,，DELL提供的相關(guān)功能增強(qiáng)的軟件）,。因此強(qiáng)烈建議不要采用DELL預(yù)安裝的操作系統(tǒng)，而且不要安裝一些除必要驅(qū)動以外的附加軟件,。
? 需要設(shè)置East Asia（加入中文支持） Control Panel -> Regional and Language Options -> Languages

? My Computer -> Properties -> Advanced -> Performance -> Settings Error Reporting:" Disable error reporting" 激活（缺省為關(guān)閉）
? My Network Places -> Properties -> LAN or High-Speed Internet Properties -> File and Printer sharing for Microsoft Networks “激活"
? Properties -> Maximize date throughput for network applications: “激活"
? My Computer -> Properties -> Advanced -> Performance
注：右側(cè)Process Scheduling設(shè)置中,，除Server、CAS計(jì)算機(jī)設(shè)置為Background service外,，其他設(shè)置為Programs
? My Computer -> Properties -> System Restore：關(guān)閉系統(tǒng)對所有驅(qū)動器的恢復(fù)
? 關(guān)閉防火墻：
Start -> Control Panel -> Windows Firewall,，選擇"General" tab -> Select the "Off" check box -> Click the "OK" button.
注：PCS7 V6.1系統(tǒng)下必須關(guān)閉防火墻，否則在進(jìn)行OS下載時會出現(xiàn)310：88的錯誤,。
? 設(shè)置交換文件尺寸：
微軟windows操作系統(tǒng)需要額外磁盤空間用于虛擬內(nèi)存（一般放在操作系統(tǒng)分區(qū)上）,。磁盤尺寸推薦設(shè)置為系統(tǒng)物理內(nèi)存的1.5到2倍。并將硬盤初始和大尺寸設(shè)成一致,。
? 設(shè)置網(wǎng)卡屬性：去激活節(jié)能模式,。
? 多網(wǎng)卡情況下，兩網(wǎng)卡的IP地址必須分配在不同的網(wǎng)段中,，否則WinCC服務(wù)器和客戶機(jī)之間的通訊可能會中斷,。
