特異性: This antibody preparation contains a mixture of purified rat monoclonal antibodies directed
against mouse GPIba (CD42b). Targeting of this receptor with divalent IgGs results in profound and
irreversible Fc-independent plaet depletion in mice1,2. Plaet depletion is frequently used to study
the general role of plaets in (patho-) physiology3.
制備 : 抗體是雜交瘤細胞上清通過G-Sepharose純化所得,，內(nèi)毒素含量小于 0.0025 EU/µg
保存和運輸：4度保存和運輸，保質(zhì)期為6個月 ,，無菌保存不含防腐劑,，分裝保存-20度至少可以保存一年以上，但請避免反復凍融
