  本文以力敏材料為基礎(chǔ),,通過(guò)對(duì)應(yīng)力場(chǎng)反演方法展開(kāi)研究,,實(shí)現(xiàn)了輪胎應(yīng)力測(cè)量的可視化。首先,,根據(jù)現(xiàn)有輪胎的特征設(shè)計(jì)了新型力敏傳感智能輪胎,,分析了力敏智能輪胎的結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn);其次,,建立了力敏智能輪胎有限元模型,,研究了力敏智能輪胎在充氣狀態(tài)、靜態(tài)受載,、結(jié)構(gòu)破損三種狀態(tài)下應(yīng)力及變形情況,,,構(gòu)建了力敏智能輪胎電壓測(cè)量方法,,并對(duì)導(dǎo)電硅橡膠材料的力敏性能進(jìn)行了實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證,,分析了不同狀態(tài),、不同載荷下導(dǎo)電硅橡膠材料的應(yīng)力反演情況.
