防爆設(shè)備的基礎(chǔ)知識

1. 隔爆型電氣設(shè)備
具有能承受內(nèi)部爆炸性氣體混合物的爆炸壓力,，并阻止內(nèi)部的爆炸向外殼周圍爆炸性混合物傳播的外殼電氣設(shè)備,，標(biāo)志為“d",。
2. 增安型電氣設(shè)備
在正常運(yùn)行條件下不會(huì)產(chǎn)生電弧,、火花或可能點(diǎn)燃爆炸性混合物的高溫,，結(jié)構(gòu)上采取措施提高安全裕度,，以避免在正常和認(rèn)可的過
載條件下出現(xiàn)電弧、火花或高溫電氣設(shè)備,，其標(biāo)志為“e",。
3. 粉塵防爆電氣設(shè)備
按規(guī)定條件設(shè)計(jì)制造,，使其外殼能阻可燃粉塵進(jìn)入或進(jìn)入量不會(huì)防礙設(shè)備安全運(yùn)行，內(nèi)部堆積的粉塵也不易的產(chǎn)生點(diǎn)燃,，從而保證
使用時(shí)不會(huì)引起周圍爆炸性混合物的爆炸的電氣設(shè)備,。
1. Isolation explosive electric equipment
Withstanding for explosion pressure from interior mixed air also avoiding it spread out to exterior mixed air, mark "d".
2. Increasing safety electric equipment
In normal condition, it's without electric arc spark and high temperature up to ignite mixturer, it's structure adopts, safety step to avoid
appearing electric, spark and high temperature, mark "e".
3. Powder&dust electric equipment
On stated condition the enclosure can prevent dust entering or the interior dust will not ignite mixed air, so that ensure the surrounded
explosive mixed air will not be ignited.
注：
1. 粉塵防爆電氣設(shè)備的溫度組別與氣體防爆電氣設(shè)備的組別劃分相同。
2. 粉塵防爆電氣設(shè)備根據(jù)美標(biāo)和歐標(biāo)的差異分為A,、B兩種型式,。A、B兩種采用的試驗(yàn)方法不同,，但保護(hù)的等級是等同的,。
