2,、1.泵工況:泵的作用是將機(jī)械能轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)橐簤耗?。?dāng)電動(dòng)機(jī)帶動(dòng)泵的主軸旋轉(zhuǎn)時(shí),通過(guò)連桿柱塞帶動(dòng)缸體旋轉(zhuǎn),,由于缸體軸線(xiàn)與主軸軸線(xiàn)成一夾角,,柱塞在缸體內(nèi)作往復(fù)運(yùn)動(dòng),此時(shí)缸體內(nèi)的柱塞孔發(fā)生容積變化,。當(dāng)容積由小變大時(shí),,介質(zhì)從泵的吸入口吸入,經(jīng)配流盤(pán)的低壓窗口進(jìn)入柱塞孔,;當(dāng)容積由大變小時(shí),,介質(zhì)經(jīng)配流盤(pán)的高壓窗口從泵的排出口排出。這樣主軸旋轉(zhuǎn)一周,,每個(gè)柱塞孔完成一次吸入,,排出的過(guò)程。#
