Pilz于1948年在德國Esslingen成立皮爾磁公司,，為后來的皮爾磁家族企業(yè)的成功奠定了堅實的基礎,，Hermann Pilz有自己*的管理方式,，保證了企業(yè)的穩(wěn)步發(fā)展,。在60年代末的發(fā)展之初及之后Peter Pilz的管理下，公司以超前的意識進行管理,，鼓勵創(chuàng)新,。在當今自動化技術領域，創(chuàng)新的企業(yè)精神造就了典型的Pilz式的管理模式,。皮爾磁成功發(fā)起了德國*代可編程邏輯控制器的革新,。

  皮爾磁配合近來舉行的機床職業(yè)展會，作了一系列研討會的活動,，向客戶推行Pilz商品在機床上的運用,。我國的事務拓寬經理徐凱先生于2007年3月30號我國（深圳）世界機械及模具工業(yè)博覽會時期在深圳會展基地1號館3號會議室作了主題為“機器設備的安全維護規(guī)范和技能”的講演，講演內容包含有安全規(guī)范,、歐洲機器指令,、CE認證、機器危險評估,、削減電氣安全操控技能,、皮爾磁安全操控商品在機器上的運用等。很多參展的廠商和觀賞這次展覽的專業(yè)人士都參加了該講演,，反映良好,。2007年4月9~15日第十屆我國世界機床展在北京我國世界展覽基地舉行，展會時期,，Pilz成功舉行了面向機床職業(yè)用戶的研討會,，徐凱先生以“機床的安全與防護”為主題介紹了機床職業(yè)相關的安全規(guī)范以及Pilz公司題供給的安全操控技能及運用，研討會取得了巨大的成功,。接下來Pilz還會舉行一系列的研討會活動,。
