光聲成像原理
光聲成像是近年來(lái)發(fā)展起來(lái)的一種*醫(yī)學(xué)成像方法,,是根據(jù)生物組織對(duì)光的吸收分布反映組織結(jié)構(gòu)的一種新興的成像模式。當(dāng)一束脈沖光照射到生物組織上,,生物組織吸收光能量而產(chǎn)生微量的熱彈性膨脹,,伴隨著熱彈性膨脹會(huì)產(chǎn)生超聲波。吸收光能量的多少?zèng)Q定了產(chǎn)生的超聲波的強(qiáng)度,,于是不同的組織就會(huì)產(chǎn)生不同強(qiáng)度的超聲波,,根據(jù)探測(cè)到的信號(hào)來(lái)源及強(qiáng)度重建組織內(nèi)光能量吸收分布的影像,可以區(qū)分正常組織和病變組織,。
光聲成像技術(shù)檢測(cè)的是超聲信號(hào)(克服了純光學(xué)成像技術(shù)在成像深度與分辨率上不可兼得的不足),,反映的是光能量吸收的差異(并補(bǔ)充純超聲成像技術(shù)在對(duì)比度和功能性方面的缺陷),結(jié)合光學(xué)和超聲這兩種成像技術(shù)各自的優(yōu)點(diǎn),,能實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)組織體較大深度的高分辨率,、高對(duì)比度的功能成像,可針對(duì)小動(dòng)物活體進(jìn)行心血管疾?。ㄑ苌?、心肌炎、血栓,、心梗等),、淋巴、腫瘤,、神經(jīng)系統(tǒng),、血液病、新型分子探針,、血紅蛋白濃度和血氧飽和度測(cè)量和功能影像等方面的前沿性研究,。在生物醫(yī)學(xué)基礎(chǔ)研究和疾病相關(guān)的應(yīng)用研究中都具有廣闊前景,是目前動(dòng)物模型研究中*的工具之一,。
