ATS 納米混懸液高壓均質(zhì)機
產(chǎn)品說明:
納米混懸液是純的納米藥物粒子的膠態(tài)分散體系,,與傳統(tǒng)意義上基質(zhì)骨架型納米體系不同,納米混懸液無需載體材料,,它是通過表面活性劑的穩(wěn)定作用,,將納米尺度的藥物粒子分散在水中形成穩(wěn)定的分散體系。
由于納米混懸液的特性,,其在各種給藥途徑中都體現(xiàn)出*的優(yōu)勢:如處方簡單,、制備快速、有利于降低活性化合物的篩選成本,,提高藥物和生物利用度,,摒除附加成分造成的刺激性和毒副作用以及較低的給藥體積等。
納米混懸液的制備:
納米混懸液的制備主要有兩個方面,,即處方篩選和工藝優(yōu)化,。處方篩選主要是選擇表面活性劑的種類及用量,以提高產(chǎn)品的長期穩(wěn)定性,。工藝優(yōu)化是通過調(diào)整生產(chǎn)工藝和高壓均質(zhì)機的壓力和循環(huán)次數(shù)等參數(shù),。獲得理想的粒徑分布。
納米混懸液的主要制備方法有:碾磨法,、超聲法和高壓均質(zhì)法,。前兩種制備方法都有碾磨介質(zhì)或者金屬殘留,而高壓均質(zhì)法的金屬殘留量低,,并且易于工業(yè)化生產(chǎn),。
直接均質(zhì)法:
直接均質(zhì)法是利用高壓均質(zhì)機造成的空穴和氣穴效應(yīng),將微粉化的藥物顆粒進(jìn)一步粉碎為納米尺度的粒子,,同時降低藥物粒徑的多分散性,。采用直接均質(zhì)法可避免有機溶劑的加入。適用于既難溶于水也難溶于油的藥物,,而且工藝的重現(xiàn)性比較好,。產(chǎn)品的粒徑是由藥物本身的硬度,、高壓均質(zhì)的壓力以及循環(huán)次數(shù)決定,。通過調(diào)整高壓高壓均質(zhì)機的壓力和循環(huán)次數(shù)可以得到合適的粒徑分布,。
