Specificity:
GFP-Booster specifically binds to most common GFP derivatives:
- eCFP, CFP, mCerulean
- eGFP, wtGFP, GFP S65T, AcGFP, TagGFP, tagGFP2, sfGFP, pHluorin
- eYFP, YFP, Venus, Citrine
Tested in cell culture, tissue slices, yeast, fly, zebrafish, mouse and in germline of C. elegans.
Applications:
IF/ICC/IHC: 1/200
Optimal working concentration is application-dependent and should be determined by testing a range of dilutions from 1/50 to 1/1600
Form: Purified recombinant protein in PBS
