液壓泵正常工作的三個(gè)*條件:
必須具有一個(gè)由運(yùn)動(dòng)件和非運(yùn)動(dòng)件所構(gòu)成的密閉容積,；
密閉容積的大小隨運(yùn)動(dòng)件的運(yùn)動(dòng)作周期性的變化，
容積由小變大-吸油,，由大變小—壓油,；
密閉容積增大到極*，先要與吸油腔隔開,，然后才轉(zhuǎn)為排油,；
密閉容積減小到極*，先要與排油腔隔開,，然后才轉(zhuǎn)為吸油,。
液壓泵的分類、選用及符號(hào)

齒輪泵的特點(diǎn)
齒輪泵的特點(diǎn)是具有良好的自吸性能且構(gòu)造簡(jiǎn)單,，工作可靠。在發(fā)電廠中一般做油泵使用,，齒輪泵在運(yùn)行時(shí),，不允許關(guān)閉出口閥門；在啟動(dòng)和停止時(shí),，也應(yīng)該保持出口閥門處于開啟位置,，這時(shí)只操作入口閥門即可。
QX高壓內(nèi)嚙合齒輪泵是布赫內(nèi)嚙合齒輪泵的基礎(chǔ)上發(fā)展出來(lái)的,，其優(yōu)良性能已在世界上30多年的使用中得到證明,。排量3cm3/rev和4cm3/rev擴(kuò)展了QX系列小流量產(chǎn)品范圍。QX系列泵需要的低清潔度9級(jí)（NAS1638）或20/18/15（ISO4406）此清潔度用過(guò)濾比β10≥100的過(guò)濾器即可達(dá),。
工作原理
齒輪帶動(dòng)齒圈旋轉(zhuǎn),，吸油腔體積由小到大產(chǎn)生真空吸油，排油腔體積由大變小擠壓油液而排油,。
特殊齒輪：齒輪齒廓為直線,，齒圈齒廓為直線共軛線，工作時(shí)幾乎無(wú)困油現(xiàn)象,，從而大大降低了泵的噪聲和壓力脈動(dòng),。
雙級(jí)升壓：*級(jí)齒輪副進(jìn)口壓力為0Mpa，第二級(jí)進(jìn)口壓力為12.5Mpa,，出口壓力為25Mpa,，當(dāng)出口壓力為25Mpa時(shí)，每級(jí)齒輪副僅承擔(dān)12.5Mpa壓力差,，改善了泵的工作條件,，延長(zhǎng)了泵的使用壽命。
