Some people first treated cells with detergents to remove soluble proteins, and then prepared cell preparations with a modified water-dry method. Under the electron microscope, microbeam structure could not be seen. If no detergent treatment, there will be micro-beam network. Therefore, it is still uncertain whether the microbeam network really exists. The trophozoites generally refer to the protozoa's ingestion of a trophic phase, which is capable of activity, nutrient uptake, growth and reproduction, and is a parasite stage of parasitic protozoa. This stage is usually associated with pathogenic effects in parasite protozoa.
