【流感嗜血桿菌相關(guān)知識】
流感嗜血桿菌分類為兩類,,即莢膜菌株及沒有莢膜的菌株。雖然已知莢膜類的乙型流感嗜血桿菌(或是b型流感嗜血桿菌,,簡稱HiB)是毒性的主因之一,,但感染流感嗜血桿菌的病因卻仍未*清楚。它們的莢膜能幫助它們抵抗在沒有免疫的寄主體內(nèi)的吞噬作用及不觸發(fā)補體介導的裂解,。沒有莢膜的菌株則較少侵略性,,但它們能誘發(fā)炎癥而產(chǎn)生其他病癥,如會厭炎,。

The Thy-1 density of cortical thymocytes is high, and the Thy-1 density of immunopotential T cells in the medullary region. Decreased, the density of this antigen on the surface of peripheral blood T cells is relatively low. Nude mice have a small portion of low density splenocytes Thy-1, suggesting T cell precursors having Thy-1 antigen, may be equivalent to the low density bone marrow murine Thy-1 positive cells. Mouse Thy-1 has 112 amino acid residues. Thy-1 has two alleles, and the encoded antigens are named Thy-1,1 and Thy-1,2, respectively, and the two differ only in the 89th amino acid: Thy-1.1 is arginine Thy-1.2 is Glutamine. The amino acid composition of Thy-1 shares a high degree of homology with the immunoglobulin constant region and β microglobulin and belongs to the immunoglobulin superfamily. The thymus leukemia antigen (TL or TLA) is a type of alloantigen expressed only in some leukemias and immature Thy-1 positive thymocytes and is an early differentiation antigen. The structure of the TL antigen is similar to that of the mouse H-2K, H-2D, and H-2L antigens. Only five phenotypes, including TL1, TL2, TL3, TL5, and TL6, appear on the surface of normal immature thymocytes. TL4 only appears on leukemic thymocytes. TL and human T6/Leu6 are analogous and belong to CD1. 2. Selection of T cells in the thymus Mature, functional T cells must undergo positive selection and sexual selection in the thymus.
