人不是華支睪吸 蟲(chóng)的*宿主,。[3] 成蟲(chóng)產(chǎn)出蟲(chóng)卵,蟲(chóng)卵隨膽汁進(jìn)入消化道隨糞 便排出,,華支睪吸蟲(chóng)卵華支睪吸蟲(chóng)卵進(jìn)入水中被*中間宿主淡 水螺吞食后,,在螺類(lèi)的消化道內(nèi)孵出毛蚴,毛蚴穿過(guò)腸壁在螺體 內(nèi)發(fā)育成為胞蚴,,再經(jīng)胚細(xì)胞分裂,,形成許多雷蚴和尾蚴,成熟 的尾蚴從螺體逸出,。尾蚴在水中遇到適宜的第二中間宿主淡水魚(yú) ,、蝦類(lèi),則侵入其肌肉等組織,,經(jīng)20~35天,,發(fā)育成為蚴。蚴呈 橢球形,,大小平均為0.138×0.15mm,,壁分兩層。[3] 內(nèi)幼蟲(chóng)運(yùn) 動(dòng)活躍,,可見(jiàn)口,、腹吸盤(pán),排泄內(nèi)含黑色顆粒,。蚴在魚(yú)體內(nèi)可存 活3個(gè)月到1年,。蚴被終宿主(人,、貓、狗等)吞食后,,在消化液的 作用下,,壁被軟化,內(nèi)幼蟲(chóng)的酶系統(tǒng)被激活,,幼蟲(chóng)活動(dòng)加劇,,在 十二指腸內(nèi)破而出。一般認(rèn)為,,脫后的幼蟲(chóng)循膽汁逆流而行,,少 部分幼蟲(chóng)在幾小時(shí)內(nèi)即可到達(dá)肝內(nèi)膽管。但也有動(dòng)物實(shí)驗(yàn)表明,, 幼蟲(chóng)可管或穿過(guò)腸壁到達(dá)肝膽管內(nèi) 蚴進(jìn)入終宿主體內(nèi)至發(fā)育為成 蟲(chóng)并在糞中檢到蟲(chóng)卵所需時(shí)間隨宿主種類(lèi)而異,,人約1個(gè)月,犬,、 貓約需20~30天,,鼠平均21天。
