The sex was 75.87%; the gene homology of Culex pipiens pallens in the complex group of Culex pipiens quinquefasciatus and Culex pipiens pallens confirmed the genetic basis of similar habits of certain larvae of subgenus Culex pipiens and subgenus genus of roadside mosquitoes. The phylogenetic relationship analysis results are close to the classical taxonomic classification system, but the evolution of Culex subgenus may be more diverse. At present, only two species of mosquitoes, Culex fuscus and Culex haliii, have been found in China, but the larval stages of these mosquitoes are almost identical, and the only reliable species identification is between species.
