【樣品要求】

用一次性尿杯收集尿樣，無需處理可直接檢測。

【檢驗方法】

1,、測試前先閱讀使用說明書,；

2、用干凈尿杯取尿樣,；

3,、從鋁箔袋中取出檢測卡，置于干凈平坦的臺面上,，用吸管,；垂直滴加2-3滴尿樣到加樣孔中；

4,、3-5分鐘讀結果。為確保結果的準確性,，請勿在5分鐘后判讀結果,。

【結果解釋】

1、陽性：在反應區(qū)內只出現(xiàn)一條紅色質控線,。

2,、陰性：在反應區(qū)內出現(xiàn)質控線和反應線兩條紅線。

3,、無效：在反應區(qū)內質控線未出現(xiàn),，需重新測試。

【注意事項】

1,、檢測卡在室溫下一次性使用,，不得重復使用；

2,、檢測卡從鋁箔袋中取出后應在30分鐘內盡快使用

先前的研究表明CD8+和CD4+ T細胞在對抗廣譜流感病毒株方面具有重要作用,。與抗體不同，T細胞識別流感病毒內部共有蛋白,。T細胞通過消除流感病毒感染的細胞,，并加快細菌除體內的病毒，從而減輕流感相關并發(fā)癥,。此外,，已知雷帕霉素能夠增加記憶性CD8+ T細胞的數(shù)量。
但是,，從這項研究來看,，在疫苗免疫后并用雷帕霉素處理的小鼠來說，記憶性CD8+ T細胞對增強免疫保護作用并不是必須的,， CD4+ T細胞也只具有間接作用,，而B細胞產(chǎn)生的具有交叉反應性的抗體在針對不同流感病毒株的免疫保護中具有關鍵作用。

目前,，國內外使用的甲肝疫苗有滅活疫苗和減毒活疫苗兩類,。進口甲肝滅活疫苗包括 HAVRIX(葛蘭素史克公司生物制品公司),、VAQTA(默克制藥)、AVAXIM(賽諾菲巴斯德公司)和EPAXAL（瑞士血細菌疫苗研究所）等,。針對疫苗的免疫效果,，有研究對110名兒童接種 HAVrix疫苗后進行跟蹤觀察。在兩劑接種后一個月,，所有兒童血細菌抗體都呈陽性,，十年后，99.09%的接種兒童血細菌抗體仍然呈陽性[1],。Bryan等對VAQTA和HAVRIX兩種滅活疫苗進行了免疫原性和耐受性以及交叉接種的免疫效果的研究,。結果表明，兩種疫苗的抗體陽性率相似,，但VAQTA誘導產(chǎn)生的抗體滴度較HAVRIX高,。交叉免疫，尤其是以VAQTA作為加強免疫劑時,，可刺激產(chǎn)生更高的抗體滴度 [2],。
我國20世紀80年代后期開始甲肝滅活疫苗的研究工作。北京科興生物制品有限公司生產(chǎn)的甲肝滅活疫苗“孩爾來福”已取得國家藥品監(jiān)督管理局頒發(fā)的藥品生產(chǎn)批準文號,，該疫苗具有純度高、安全性好的特點,，達到同類產(chǎn)品的*水平,，是我國首支甲肝滅活疫苗。Zheng等對國產(chǎn)減毒疫苗,、國產(chǎn)滅活疫苗和進口滅活疫苗的單劑量早期免疫活性進行了比較研究,，結果表明，三種不同形式和來源的疫苗在單劑量接種后7~28天免疫應答無明顯差異,。同時,，各組實驗中產(chǎn)生局部反應的兒童比例（13% ~28%）及出現(xiàn)發(fā)燒的兒童比例0.4% ~ 1.8% 均無顯著差異[3]。
我國甲肝減毒活疫苗的所用減毒株為L-A-1和H2兩種,。L-A-1毒株是病毒在人胚肺二倍體細胞低溫傳遞,，通過有限稀釋篩選法獲得。H2毒株是用原代的猴胎腎二倍體細胞在37℃下培養(yǎng)分離所得,。

The findings reveal a new way to produce antibodies that recognize and target the proteins that are common to most strains of influenza rather than the proteins specific to each of the strains.
