細(xì)胞角蛋白20（CK20）分子量為46KDa,，主要研究胃腸道上皮,、尿道上皮和Merkel 細(xì)胞。主要用于胃腸道腫瘤,、泌尿道腫瘤,、卵巢黏液性腫瘤和Merkel 細(xì)胞癌的研究。鱗癌,、乳腺癌,、肺癌、子宮內(nèi)膜癌和卵巢非黏液性腫瘤均不表達(dá)CK20,。細(xì)胞角蛋白19片段（Cytokeratin-19-fragment CYFRA21-1)是肺泡上皮細(xì)胞凋亡時(shí),，其細(xì)胞中含有的角蛋白的碎片降解后變成可溶性物質(zhì)而進(jìn)入血液，使血中含量增高,。非小細(xì)胞肺癌的*標(biāo)志物,。特別是鱗狀上皮細(xì)胞癌目前*的腫瘤標(biāo)志物，靈敏度可達(dá)60%,，特異性可達(dá)95%,。它對(duì)非小細(xì)胞肺癌(NSCLC)的早期診斷、療效監(jiān)測(cè)和預(yù)后判斷均有重要意義,。監(jiān)測(cè)非小細(xì)胞肺癌的病程和預(yù)后,。血中CYFRA21-1水平顯著升高提示腫瘤的晚期或預(yù)后差；如果對(duì)非小細(xì)胞肺癌的治療效果好,，其水平會(huì)很快下降或恢復(fù)到正常水平,，如值不變或輕度減低提示腫瘤未*去除或有多發(fā)性腫塊存在。
