一,、測(cè)試要求：
二．IEC62196-1和UL2251標(biāo)準(zhǔn)測(cè)試要求：
32.1Accessories wired with the minimum size cable of a type recommended by the manufacturer shall be placed on a concrete floor in any normal position of rest. A crushing force of (5 000 ± 250) N shall be applied by a conventional automotive tire, P225/75R15 or an equivalent tire suitable for the load, mounted on a steel rim and inflated to a pressure of (2,2
± 0,1) bar. The wheel is to be rolled over the vehicle connector or plug at a speed of (8 ± 2) km/h. The accessory is to be oriented in a natural resting position before applying the force in a different direction for each sample. The accessory under test shall be held or blocked in a fixed position so that it does not move substantially during the application of the applied force. In no case is the force to be applied to the projecting pins.
GBT20234.1-2015標(biāo)準(zhǔn)測(cè)試要求：
6.21 車(chē)輛碾壓
供電插頭和車(chē)輛插頭,，按照7.21的方法進(jìn)行車(chē)輛碾壓試驗(yàn)后，不應(yīng)出現(xiàn)如下現(xiàn)象：
——防護(hù)等級(jí)不滿(mǎn)足6.9的要求,；
——爬電距離,、電氣間隙和穿透密封膠距離不滿(mǎn)足6.17的要求；
——其他可能會(huì)增加著火或電擊事件的可能性的損壞跡象,；
不能滿(mǎn)足6.10的介電強(qiáng)度要求,。
7.21 車(chē)輛碾壓
將帶有制造商推薦的電纜的供電插頭和車(chē)輛插頭隨意地放在水泥地上。用規(guī)格為P225/75R15或同等負(fù)載的傳統(tǒng)汽車(chē)輪胎以（5000±250）N的壓力,，以（8±2）km/h的速度壓過(guò)供電插頭或車(chē)輛插頭（輪胎充氣壓力220 kPa±10 kPa）,。當(dāng)車(chē)輪從試件壓過(guò)之前，每一個(gè)試件均應(yīng)隨意地以正常方式放在地上,。測(cè)試中的試件應(yīng)無(wú)明顯移動(dòng),。被施加壓力的試件不應(yīng)放置在突出物上。
