Energiedaten erfassen

Ben?tigen Sie auch Energie-Verbrauchswerte Ihrer Anlagen, müssen den cos phi bestimmen? Mit dem EtherSens Energy k?nnen Sie mits Rogowski-Spule oder auch Klappkern-Stromsensor all die ben?tigten Werte erfassen und mitschreiben.

Geloggte Daten nach Excel

Erfassen Sie die ben?tigten Werte, egal ob Energiedaten, Zust?nde der Ein- oder Ausg?nge, Processwerte wie Sauerstoffanteil in der Umgebung,... und schreiben diese mit Zeitstempel in eine CSV-Datei. Diese Datei k?nnen Sie dann mit Excel lesen und verarbeiten.

Geloggte Daten an FTP-Server

Ben?tigen Sie die geloggten Daten nicht vor Ort sondern bei sich, dann aktivieren Sie einfach die Aufzeichnung auf einen FTP-Server und die Daten werden da abgelegt. Sie k?nnen dann umgehend diese Daten lesen und verarbeiten.

überwachen Sie Prozesse und bei Erreichen einer vorgegebenen Ober-/Untergrenze ben?tigen Sie eine Meldung, dann aktivieren Sie im Ger?t die Grenzwert-überwachung und sie bekommen diese Meldung. Des weiteren sendet Ihnen das Ger?t auch seinen Zustand und Sie sind immer auf dem laufenden.

SPS-Kopplung S5 und S7

Ben?tigen Sie die aufgzeichneten Daten in einer SPS-Steuerung zum Weiterverarbeiten? Mit der RFC1006-Option der EtherSens-Ger?te k?nnen Sie die geloggten Daten in einen DB einer festgelegten Steuerung schreiben sowie auch umgekehrt lesen. Selbst Merkerworte k?nnen gelesen werden.
Hat Ihre SPS-Steuerung keinen Ethernet-Port, dann k?nnen Sie mits dem S7-LAN auch über MPI/Profibus kommunizieren. Selbst die S5-SPS-Steuerung ist mits S5-LAN++-Modul erreichbar.

Einheitliche Uhrzeit

Sollen alle EtherSens-Ger?te in Ihren Anlagen zeitsynchron aufzeichnen? Durch die Kopplung mit einem NTP-Zeitserver holen sich alle Ger?te die aktuelle Uhrzeit und gleichen diese ab. Somit sind alle Ger?te auf die gleiche Uhrzeit abgeglichen.

Batteriegepufferte Uhrzeit

Ben?tigen Sie immer eine aktuelle Uhrzeit, haben aber nicht immer einen Uhrzeit-Server vor Ort. Mit der integrierten batteriegepufferten RTC haben Sie immer die aktuelle Uhrzeit im Ger?t. Selbst bei Spannungsausfall l?uft die Uhrzeit im Ger?t weiter, so da? bei wiederkehrender Spannung die Uhrzeit korrekt weiterl?uft.

LAN-Teilnehmer ins WLAN

Müssen Sie auch Ger?te vernetzen, haben aber kein Ethernet-Kabel vor Ort, WLAN aber ist verfügbar. Mit der EtherSens Bridge bringen Sie sofort alle angeschlossenen kabelgebundenen Teilnehmer in das WLAN-Netz.

Alarmierung

Loggen Sie mit dem EtherSens-Ger?t nicht nur die Prozesswerte sondern überwachen diese gleichzeitig. Sobald ein festgelegter Grenzwert unter-/überschritten wird, meldet dies das EtherSens-Ger?t.

Parametrierung per Web-Browser

Um das EtherSens-Ger?t zu parametrieren ben?tigen Sie keinen speziellen PC oder Laptop mit Sonder-Software, ?ffnen Sie einfach mit Ihrem Internet-Browser die WebSeite des Ger?tes. Oder auch mit Ihrem Smartphone, legen Sie Ihre Parametrierung fest.

EtherSens-Cloud

Durch die EtherSens-Cloud kann jedes EtherSens-Ger?t mit anderen Ger?ten Daten austauschen, Daten übertragen und weiterleiten. Als ob Sie ein gro?es Ger?t h?tten, dass alle notwendigen Parameter zentral erfasst.

Paralleler Zugriff LAN/WiFi
