Eccentric Diaphragm Pumps EC-L Serie 200-L

The smallest liquid pumps, developed as an answer to the growing miniturization of tool making. Weighing only 17 g, these miniture liquid pumps transfers volumes from 10 to 100 ml/min. and a pressure of more than 10 meters water column.

For applications in intermittent operations we deliver the well-priced LC types ("low cost"). Alternatively high grade brushless and skew-wound motors with double ball bearings (DB types) are available.

Eccenter diaphragm pumps (EC-L)

Liquid pumps of the design type EC-L offer enormous performance at small component size. They can be used as pressure and / or self-priming vacuum pumps. Maximum leaktightness of the pump head and resistance against aggressive fluids constitute additional advantages of this model series. From the series 200-L to 700-L, our eccentric diaphragm pumps cover a very wide performance range: from a few milliliters to 1.4 l/min.

Vibrating Diaphragm Pumps SA

Because these pumps are run by an electronic magnet, the complexity of a motor driven technology is unnecessary. The vibrating diaphragm pumps run compley frictionless. The outcome is an extremely high durability – ideal for continuous operations.

Low pressure up to 0.4 bar, high volume performances up to 7.5 l/min and a prominent operation smoothness – these characteristics are ideal for stationary analysis machines.

In additon, there is an optimal cost/performance ratio: ideal for mass productions.

For different specific applications, the pumps of the construction series SA are available as:

Pivot Pumps PA

Coil-operated linear pumps are perfect for high volumetric displacement at extremely long service life. However, due to physical constraints they are not able to reach the high pressure and vacuum values of motor-operated eccentric diaphragm pumps. With the design type PA (Pivot Armature) Schwarzer Precision has patented an entirely newly engineered drive concept combining the advantages of linear pumps and eccentric diaphragm pumps.

Pivot diaphragm pumps utilize the reinforcing effect of a mechanical lever to be able to build up high pressure in the pump head. The lever drives two oval diaphragms in alternating fashion. The result: high volume flow rate at high pressure as well as reduced pulsation of the air flow.

Circumferential clamping of both diaphragms prevents external air from being sucked in. The oval diaphragm shape allows an extremely flat design.

Linear Diaphragm Pumps LI

Run by an electronic magnet, these pumps are spared the complexity of a motor driven technology. The linear pumps run compley frictionless. The outcome is an extremely high durability – ideal for continuous operations.

The product range 10xx LI and 20xx LI contain a unique patented drive. This allows the linear pumps to reach an otherwise unobtainable pressure of up to 1.6 bar with an incredible performance of 50 l/min. The product range 3300 - 3800 LI is especially designed to cycle the electrolyte in battery chargers.

Schwarzer Precision linear diaphragm pumps are available as pressure (D) and vacuum-pressure (VD) pumps.

Rotary Diaphragm Pumps RO

Maxiumum operation smoothness and impermeability with an almost linear pressure/volume characteristic.

The generation of pressure reaches up to 1.3 bar, the extracted volume up to 5.3 l/min.

Optimal is the cost/performance ratio. The reason for the application in the production of large quantities. Such as in professional blood pressure machines or complex machines used in the consumer goods industry.

Eccentric Diaphragm Pumps EC Serie 700

The OEM pumps of the EC series 700 deliver volumes up to 18 l/min. They reach up to 3.1 bar pressure and -970 mbar vacuum. The highly resistant diaphragms are well suited for applications involving hot and aggressive gases (e.g. in autoclaves).

The two head types (-TH) can run serially to improve the vacuum and pressure performance. In parallel operation they allow to run two different medias.

The specially high quality motors obtain the longest service life. For different applications, alternating current (AC) and direct current (DC) versions are available.

The DV types are optimised for maximum pressure performance, the VD types deliver maximum vacuum performance.
