Our stabilizers control devices allow to control the working status of hydraulic machines, especially cranes and aerial platforms mounted on a truck.

In a single device are integrated the safety functions required from the current regulations, allowing the creation of high reliability applications. The presence of a double microprocessor makes available 5 outputs in safety category 3 (UNI EN ISO 13849-1).

SCSi / SCSi-R

SCSi units manage the stabilizers block, the consent to the truck’s movement, the control of dump valve (Bypass) and, optionally, the control of working area (with the version SCSi-R). All units are equipped with a Can-Bus interface (CAN 2.0B), which allows to interact also with other types of devices.
The present display allows the visualization of unit’s status and an advanced diagnostics for possible malfunctioning.

HYDRAULICS / RETROFIT KIT

Our range of retrofit kit includes several solutions for proportional actuators, which allow to operate by remote control the hydraulic valves.
Big benefit of this application is to convert, in simple way, a manual machine in a radio remote controlled machine, without change its main circuit. In fact the manual control remains always usable.
