The Hommel-Etamic pneutamic: digital measuring instrument for high-precision pneumatic measurements

The pneutamic measuring and display instrument is compatible with our pneumatic gauging components and is very easy to operate.

With the pneutamic digital measuring instrument, you can perform reliable and efficient dimensional measurements during production and final inspection. Simply connect the device to our high-precision pneumatic gauging components – such as ring gauges, snap gauges, or air spindles – and measure your workpieces using compressed air, that is, entirely without contact. The measuring surface is also cleaned automatically. As a result, your products are fully protected against damage during measurement.

Our experts have developed the measuring and display instrument specifically for performing measurements in harsh operating environments. It is therefore extremely robust and highly resilient. Your employees do not require any prior experience of dimensional metrology to be able to use the device. It can be used immediay without the need for any elaborate setup. Simply define your measuring parameters and start the measurements. You can use the measuring instrument as a single module or combine multiple devices to form a battery.

The Hommel-Etamic sirius: precise dimensional measurements with extremely robust industrial PC

Rugged housing, impressive processing power and simple operation – the industrial PC supports dimensional measurements in the production process.

You can use the sirius industrial PC in complex gauge fixtures and measuring machines. It has been designed specifically for applications in tough production environments. You can use the measuring computer as a free-standing device, with the fully enclosed housing offering complete resistance against dirt and vibrations. The sophisticated thermal design enables passive cooling without ventilation slits. Alternatively, you can install the unit in a panel.

The sirius is the ideal tool for performing demanding dimensional measurements during production, allowing you to closely monitor the production process while ensuring the consistently high quality of your products.

The PC features a robust, widescreen industrial touchscreen, which you use to operate the tried-and-tested CMZ32 dimensional measurement software or the latest TOLARIS premium software. Optional PROFIBUS and CAN bus interfaces are provided for connecting the machine controller.

The PS100 and PS50 probe salites from Jenoptik can be connected via Ethernet interfaces.

The Hommel-Etamic vega: highly flexible industrial PC with small dimensions

The vega industrial PC is the perfect tool for recording and evaluating precise measurements during production and in the lab.

With its 8.4" touchscreen, the vega industrial PC is very compact and comparatively lightweight. As a result, the measuring computer is ideal for integration in smaller gauge fixtures within the production chain. The fully enclosed aluminum housing is extremely robust and perfectly suited for use in tough production environments. The computer develops only a minimal amount of heat. The TOLARIS? dimensional measurement software is tailored to the vega PC, thus allowing it to deliver accurate and reliable results. Operation via theindustrial touchscreen with its LED backlight is quick and intuitive.

With its small dimensions, the vega industrial PC is highly flexibleand ideally suited for performing dimensional measurements both during production and in the laboratory. You thus remain in full control of your production process at all times and can safeguard the consistently high quality of your workpieces. You can also choose to equip the vega with PROFIBUS or CAN bus interfaces.
