Product overview

Eletta manufacure Flow Monitors and Flow Meters of three types:

• Flow Meters and Flow Monitors based on the differential pressure principle with an orifice-plate
• Flow Switches with variable area
• Flow Switch of paddle type

The first mentioned group is the most dominating from both technical and commercial point of view. V-, S-, R-, D- and A-series are based on the same technical construction as the original Eletta patent. For 60 years they have proven to be most reliable and long lasting.

Eletta gives you different types of mechanical end electro mechanical flow monitors and meters. In 2004 we introduced our M-series, a complete new type of electronical flow meter with orifice plate. By releasing this new model Eletta took a big step forward in development with regard to accuracy and flexibility.

TIVG-series

TIVG – Flow indicator

The acquisition of the ABB TIVG Flow Indicator in 1994 made Eletta Flow Monitors Product line even more complete and today Eletta is known to be the market leader in the field of mechanical Flow Monitors.

Eletta TIVG Flow Incdicators have been manufactured for more than 40 years and have been used in very harsh environments where reliability and long life is of highest importance.

Many power stations around the world uses TIVG and they are being specified again and again for new and refurbished plants.

V-series

V-series Flow Monitor with one set point

The V Series comes without local indication as standard. A small indicating window can be quoted as alternative. V series has one micro switch set-point, it is adjustable within the flow range of the monitor.

You can easily up-grade a V-series to a flow monitor with local indication or analog output by changing the indicating unit as the different series uses the same pipe-sections.

The mechanical construction of the V-series means that it is insensitive to magnetic fields, it is also well suited for rough industrial applications.

S0-series

S0-series – robust, mechanical flow indicator

S0 is a mechanical flow indicator. It is identical with our S2/S25, but this model does not have any micro swithes. It will be used as a direct reading flow monitor within the chosen measuring range. As option you can have the scale direct reading in ie; m3/h, GPM aso.

The price is a little bit lower than for the S2/S25 and you will have a very robust flow indicator for harsh environments.

S-series

S-series – mechanical flow monitor with two set points

The S-series have a large and easy readable dial of 130 mm which is clearly visible even in a harsh and dusty industrial environment. It has two micro switch setpoints which are independently adjustable within the measuring range and they can be set for high and low flow alarms for example, to protect expensive equipment in various piping systems.

The Monitor is insensitive to surrounding magnetic fields and it combines the long-standing proven mechanical function with outstanding reliability.

The S-series can also be ordered without the micro switches, designated S0-series, and is then used a a direct reading flow meter only.

D-series

D-series – back lit display and 4-20 mA output signal

The D2 and D5 Flow Monitor is the new model with microprocessor based electronics and back lit digital display.The display can be rotated 90 degrees (electronically) which makes it possible to install the monitor both vertically and horizontally in any piping system.

The D2 and D5 is equipped with a 4-20 mA output signal as well as local alarms. A linearization possibility of the flow  curve is built in and can be programmed by the user. Also included is a re-settable flow totalizer. In order to conveniently set up a flow system at dry conditions, a simulation mode for the analogue and frequency output signal can be activated.

S-series

SP-GA – v?tskestr?msrel?

SP-GA l?mpar sig speciellt i fall d?r man ?nskar ?vervakning av l?ga fl?den samtidigt som stora fl?den kan passera utan n?mnv?rd ?kning av tryckfallet. Funktionen baserar sig enbart p? v?tskans str?mning och p?verkas ej av det statiska trycket i systemet.

Grundutf?randet ?r i processanslutning DN40. Du kan anv?nda reduceringar f?r dimension DN32 eller DN25. Det finns RSK nummer f?r DN40 = 5975628 och f?r DN25 = 5975610. St?rre grossister har oftast dessa p? lager.

SP-GA har en mekanisk mikrobrytare och inst?llning av larmpunkten kan g?ras inom omr?det 3 – 70 l/min. Larmpunkten st?lls in fr?n fabrik men kan justeras p? plats. Det maximala fl?det ?r begr?nsat till ca 300 l/min.

PR1

PR1 – enkel och prisv?rd fl?desvakt av paddel-typ

Modellen ?r en prisv?rd paddelvakt f?r applikationer med begr?nsade krav p? noggrannhet. Den l?gsta m?jliga larmpunkten i ett 50 mm r?r ?r ca 100 l/min med ?kande larmpunkt f?r ?kande dimension. Den tillverkas f?r r?rdimensioner DN50 till DN250 och processanslutningen ?r R1".

PR1 paddelvakt skapar ett l?gt best?ende tryckfall genom att paddeln ?r ledad och f?ljer med fl?det.

SP-G – v?tskestr?msrel?

V?rt v?tskestr?msrel? passar utm?rkt i applikationer d?r man s?ker en l?g signalpunkt samtidigt som stora fl?den kan passera utan n?mnv?rd ?kning av tryckfallet. Funktionen baserar sig enbart p? v?tskans str?mning och p?verkas ej av det statiska trycket i systemet.
SP-G ?r konstruerad f?r mindre r?rdimensioner med g?ngad processanslutning i dimensionerna DN15 och DN20. Det maximala fl?det ?r 70 l/min och Du har m?jlighet att v?lja en larmpunkt mellan 1,5 – 30 l/min. Larmpunkten kalibreras vid fabrik men kan ?ndras i efterhand genom byte av en tryckplatta.
SP-G-modellen har en mekanisk mikrobrytare. Utloppssidan g?r att vrida 90° eller 180° vilket ger Dig stora installationsm?jligheter.
