Web-enable your PLC! The CSMSTR is a communications and control platform which can turn your PLC or controller into a SCADA system. With its extensive list of built-in drivers, up to 5 serial ports, and an Ethernet port capable of running four different protocols simultaneously, the CSMSTR allows disparate controllers and devices to communicate with each other. 
Do you need data logging but your PLC doesn't provide it? The CSMSTR can log data from any device connected to it. Log files are stored on a CompactFlash memory card, and can be automatically copied to network storage. 
Do you need remote viewing and control of your process? The CSMSTR has a built-in web server which allows remote access from any network-connected PC and can send alarm messages to your and cellphone. 
Do you want to turn your PLC into a temperature controller? Simply add CS-series control modules for PID loop control with ramp/soak capabilities (up to 32 independent zones). Implement PID control of any process variable, including pressure, flow, and strain gauge inputs in addition to temperature. 

Here are just a few of the features provided by the CSMSTR: 
Protocol Converter 
Allows data to be shared between any connected devices. Data registers from one PLC can be mapped to registers from a different PLC or controller. 
Web Server 
Create virtual web pages, incorporating data tags from any connected device, which can be accessed from any network-connected PC or web-enabled phone. The CSMSTRSX provides a QVGA (320x240) virtual HMI, while the CSMSTRGT provides full-size VGA (640x320) pages.
IT-Ready Data Logger 
Log data to a CompactFlash card from any connected device, then automatically copy the comma-delimited (.csv) log files to a network drive at pre-defined intervals. 

The CSMSTR is programmed with Crimson software for Windows? 2000 or later platforms. The software is an easy to use, graphical interface which provides a means of creating virtual web pages and configuring communications and data logging. You can even write your own control functions using the built-in "C" language-like editor and compiler.

The AHPF series heaters are used to heat low flows of air, gas, water, or aqueous solutions. Applications include those where clean air is necessary, as in laboratories and environmental testing areas. The stream of air is heated by passing over an enclosed heated surface rather than directly over resistance elements. This method assures that no foreign matter will enter the stream of flow. The AHPF series is also used as a miniature circulation heater for small volume of liquids as in photographic developer solution, chemicals, dyes, and inks. Calculate the flow rate, temperature rise, or power requirement as described on page J-17. For heating liquids, use the formulas on pages Z-10 or Z-41. The Thermocouple “T" fitting AHPF-NPT12 can be used with the subminiature thermocouple probes and with the SSLK series stainless steel compression fittings (see the OMEGA Complete Temperature Measurement Handbook and Encyclopedia?) and with stainless steel compression fittings (model SSLK-18-14) to monitor or control temperature at the outlet of the AHPF series heaters.

The FD-400 Series ultrasonic doppler flowmeters measure the flow of liquids that contain sound reflectors, suspended solids, or gas bubbles larger than 100 microns. These sophisticated instruments automatically adjust filtering and gain settings to produce reliable readings in a wide range of liquid and reflector conditions.

The FD-400 flowmeter transmitts ultrasonic sound through the pipe wall or from the probe tip into the flowing liquid by using piezoelectric crystals contained in the transducer and probe tip. The sound is then reflected by sonic reflectors suspended in the liquid and recorded by the receiver. If the sonic reflectors are moving within the sound transmission path, sound waves will be reflected at a frequency shifted (Doppler frequency) from the transmitted frequency. The difference between the 2 frequencies is directly proportional to the speed of the sonic reflectors, resulting in a liquid flow rate that is converted to various user-defined units.

Configuration of the FD-400 is accomplished via the front-panel keypad. A 2-line backlit LCD displays rate and total in user-selected units. Power supply options include AC and DC. Optional outputs include 4 to 20 mA, relays, and rate pulse.

Two transducer styles are available. The FD-400C clamp-on, non-intrusive transducer is recommended for most metal or plastic pipes. The FD-400C has a NEMA 6P (IP68) rating and is available in a high-temperature version, "=HT". The user can place these clamp-on transducers up to 305 m (1000') from the display enclosure. The FD-400I insertion probe transducer should be used on piping systems that do not permit ultrasonic penetration. The FD-400I inserts into the pipe wall and comes into direct contact with the flowing liquid.

Die innovative Konstruktion des Druckkalibrators DPI611 erreicht die effiziente Generierung und pr?zise Regelung durch die perfekte Kombination hochwertiger Werkstoffe und geringster Fertigungstoleranzen. Mit dem gew?hlten Geh?usematerial und der aufw?ndigen Kapselung ist der DPI611 ?u?erst robust und spritzwassergeschützt. Modernste analoge und digitale Mikroelektronik bildet die Grundlage für klassenbeste Druck- und elektrische Kennwerte bei Genauigkeit und Verarbeitung, abrufbar über eine anwender-freundliche Bedienoberfl?che.

Druckerzeugung
Mit dem DPI611 k?nnen sowohl ein Vakuum von 95% als auch ein Luftdruck von maximal 20 bar erzeugt werden. Eine einfache Auswahl erm?glicht den Wechsel zwischen Vakuum und Druckluft. Mit wenigen Arbeitshüben erzeugt die Pumpe den gew?hlten Zustand. Nachjustierungen erfolgen mit der eingebauten Volumenfeineinslung, und Kalibrierungspunkte in fallender Richtung werden mit einem Pr?zisions-entlüftungsventil angesteuert.

• Die neu konstruierte Mechanik bietet eine entscheidend verbesserte Leistungsf?higkeit: Das Generieren von 20 bar Druck ist m?glich, w?hrend das Ger?t mit einer Hand gehalten wird.
• Auch die Geschwindigkeit wurde verbessert: Sogar mit einer 1 m-Schlauchverbindung werden nur 30 Sekunden zur Erzeugung des Maximaldrucks ben?tigt.
• Ergonomisches Design: Die Handschlaufe kann sowohl rechts als als auch links befestigt werden. Dabei bietet das weich beschichtete Geh?use sicheren Halt bei der Benutzung als Handger?t und sorgt für ein rutschfestes Aufliegen auf einem Versuchstisch.
• Bew?hrte Konstruktion: Unkompliziertes, betriebssicheres Ger?t ohne die Nachteile elektromechanischer Ger?te (wie geringe Zuverl?ssigkeit, regel-m??ige Wartungsintervalle, Abh?ngigkeit vom Batteriezustand und lange Druckzyklen).

Genauigkeit der Druckmessung
Durch die weiterentwickelte Siliziumtechnologie erreicht der digital korrigierte Drucksensor eine Genauigkeit von 0,0185% des Endwerts gegenüber 0,025% des Endwerts beim DPI610/615. Unter Berücksichtigung der Stabilit?ts- und Temperaturfehler über die einj?hrige Kalibrierungsperiode weist das DPI611 eine mehr als doppelt so hohe Genauigkeit auf. Diese wird als transparente und vertrauenswürdige Angabe zur Messgenauigkeit zwischen den j?hrlichen Kalibrierungen als Summenmessunsicherheit ausgedrückt.

Elektrische Kennwerte
Der DPI611 beh?lt weiterhin die umfassende elektrische Mess- und Geberfunktionalit?t der DPI610-Serie, weist aber h?here Genauigkeiten und optimierte Anschlüsse auf.

• Die mA-Messgenauigkeit des DPI611 beinhaltet Stabilit?t, Temperaturfehler und Kalibrierungsmessunsicherheiten über ein Jahr. Insgesamt ergibt sich eine dreifach h?here Genauigkeit gegenüber der DPI610-Serie.
• Die elektrischen Anschlüsse wurden auf vier 4 mm-Buchsen reduziert.

Der DPI611 ist ein handlicher Druckkalibrator, der gegenüber dem DPI610 50% kleiner und 33% leichter ist.

Schnellmontage-Druckanschlüsse
Das Herslen eines druckdichten Anschlusses vor Ort im Feld ist zwangsl?ufig fehleranf?llig. Der DPI611 beinhaltet ein Adaptersystem zur Schnellmontage, das eine Reihe von Vorteilen bietet:

• Das TASK-Menü bietet eine Bibliothek weitverbreiteter Konfigurationen. Aus der Kalibrierfunktion heraus l?sst sich der DPI611 mit drei einfachen Schritten für die n?chste Aufgabe neu konfigurieren.
• Aus dem FAVORITEN-Menü lassen sich regelm??ig verwendete und vorbereitete Aufgaben schneller erreichen.

Die Abl?ufe werden automatisch abgearbeitet, der Benutzer muss nur den Druck einslen. Die Messdaten werden digital protokolliert und zum Upload an die Managementsoftware bereitgeslt. Bei Verwendung des DPI611 mit automatisierten Abl?ufen reduziert sich der Zeitaufwand für eine Ger?tekalibrierung erheblich, typischerweise von 40?Minuten auf weniger als 10?Minuten einschlie?lich der Einslzeit. Weitere Zeit l?sst sich durch Bewerten der Daten und die Erslung von Kalibrierungsberichten einsparen, da die Software diese Aufgaben automatisch ausführen kann.

PASS-/FAIL-Fehleranalyse
Bei der Fehleranalyse wird ein Fehlerwert für das geprüfte Ger?t berechnet und ein Ergebnis in der Form ?pass“ oder ?fail“ ausgegeben. Die Fehleranzeige in Echtzeit erlaubt die Bewertung von Nullposition und Spanne w?hrend ihrer Justierung.

Mehrkanal-Messwertaufzeichnung
Der DPI611 erm?glicht die Aufzeichnung von Daten gleichzeitig über vier Kan?le, entweder durch manuelles Antippen einer Aufzeichnungstaste oder automatisch mit einem benutzerdefinierten Intervall. OMEGA’s new DTG-RTD100 Thermometer Series features a rugged 316 SS enclosure that is designed specifically for washdown, sanitary and marine applications. The large backlit LCD display incorporates both large 25 mm (1in) digits and a 25 segment bar graph that make reading at distances up to 10.7 m (35ft) easy. Models are available with or without integral standard or sanitary sensors. Standard features include: internal battery external DC power supply operation, analog output and user programmable alarms. The wireless transmitter option allows for remote monitoring, chart recording and data logging. Beschreibung

Das OM-DAQ-USB-2401 ist ein Datenerfassungsmodul mit Thermoelement-/Spannungseing?ngen und USB 2.0-Anschluss (abw?rtskompatibel mit USB 1.1). Das Modul kann über den USB-Port oder ein optionales externes Netzteil versorgt werden. Alle konfigurierbaren Optionen des Moduls sind per Software einslbar, unter anderem Eingangsart und Eingangsbereich für jeden Kanal individuell.

Die Spannungseing?nge des OM-DAQ-USB-2401 sind auf Bereiche von ±30 mV bis ±10 V Endwert programmierbar. Die kompakte, modulare Bauweise erm?glicht einen einfachen Einsatz in einer Vielzahl von Anwendungsgebieten. Neben der Montage auf einer DIN-Schiene oder an einer Wand mit dem mitgelieferten Montagematerial kann das Modul auch auf dem Tisch aufgeslt werden. Alle analogen Eingangskan?le werden sequentiell mit einer Rate von ca. 1 ms pro Kanal gemessen. Damit erreicht das Modul eine Summen-messrate von 1000 Messungen pro Sekunde, die sich auf die aktiven Kan?le aufteilt.
Anmerkung: Bei der schnellsten Abtastrate, 1000 Samples/Sek ±1 % mit einem aktiven Kanal, ±5 % mit allen Kan?len aktiviert.

OMEGA? DAQ Central-Software
Zum Lieferumfang des OM-DAQ-USB-2401 geh?rt ein leistungsf?higes, bedienerfreundliches Softwarepaket mit Funktionen wie grafische Darslung, Datenaufzeichnung, Dateiexport und virtuelle Instrumente zur Echtzeit-Anzeige von Daten. Die mitgelieferten .NET-Treiber für C#, Visual Basic und Visual C++ erlauben die Einbindung der Module in eigene Applikationssoftware.
