Das Mess- und Laserprojektionssystem Z3D-Control ist ein Laserprojektor mit Stereo-Kamerasystem. Die technische Basis bilden ein Laserprojektions- und Stereokamerasystem, zu dem optional ein Softwarepaket erh?ltlich ist, das explizit für standardisierte Messungen und Projektionen in den verschiedensten Industrien entwickelt wurde.
Bei Montageprozessen von mittleren bis gro?en Objekten wird durch die Kopplung einer 3D-Erfassung, der lasergestützten Führung durch den Fertigungsprozess und einer automatischen Kontrolle des Montageergebnisses, dem Soll-Ist-Vergleich, eine hervorragende Effizienzsteigerung und Reduktion von Kosten erzielt.
Laserprojektoren sind optische Führungssysteme. Diese erm?glichen in vielen Fertigungsprozessen das Arbeiten ohne Schablonen, indem direkt auf dem Werkstück angezeigt wird, wie das Material positioniert oder montiert werden muss. Die Kombination von Laser-Beleuchtungen und Bildverarbeitung bietet interessante M?glichkeiten für die Automatisierung optischer Qualit?tskontrollen. Laser für die Bildverarbeitung werden als strukturierte Beleuchtung in vielen Bildverarbeitungssystemen eingesetzt. Mit dieser Form von Beleuchtung lassen sich die r?umlichen Konturen bewegter und unbewegter Objekte erfassen. Die Laser werden eingesetzt, um Defekte, Anwesenheit, Durchmesser, Kanten, Spalten und mehr zu erkennen, zu vermessen und im nachfolgenden Schritt auszurichten. Je nach Art der zu untersuchenden Objekte werden Mikro- oder Makrolinien oder verschiedenste Muster (Multilinien, Punktraster, Kreuze, Kreise usw.) sowie Wellenl?ngen (rot, grün, blau, IR) eingesetzt.
Die Lasermodule ZM12 sind mit ? 15mm Laserkopf und M12-Gewinde für Anwendungen mit begrenztem Einbauvolumen wie z.B. kleine Sensoren und Messk?pfe geeignet. Der ZM12DM5 sticht in dieser Serie mit seiner kompakten Baugr??e und dem integrierten Kabelanschluss hervor. Zus?tzlich bietet das Lasermodul eine TTL Modulation von bis zu 100kHz.

The red laser module ZM18 is an established product series that is used for positioning as guidance for machine vision.
