We are an experienced and competitive metal presser The elements of a good product are efficient designing, manufacturing, and service and making changes when needed. Flexible production
The production volume of a typical machine part varies from a couple of thousand to tens of thousand per year. The size of each delivery lot will be determined by the customer's needs taking into account the profitableness of production. We also assemble parts to bigger installations when needed.

From 160-ton pressing to finest finishing
Jouka Oy has several hydraulic and mechanical presses. With 80 production machines we do various kinds of NC and manual processing, grinding and welding. Surface finishing and polishing is done with a vibrating grinding machine.

Control devices

With the JOUKA control devices you can follow and control the pressure and stream of fluid running through the valve. The valve can be cotrolled in the following ways:

Valves with steel body DN10-DN200

The reliable and safe JOUKA ball valve is suitable for a variety of applications ranging from a manual safety valve to a computer-controlled ball valve with continuous control.

The temperature field is -40 °C to  +180 °C, with special and metal sealings up to +230 °C.

This JOUKA ball valve with a steel body is suitable for gases, hot or cold water and all kinds of oils.

Stainless valves DN10-DN200

Stainless steel valves  are suitable for use with corrosive mediums or in a corrosive environment. Examples of such applications are chemical industry, paper industry and mechanical engineering.

The benefits of a stainless steel valve are its good chemical resistance and modifiability. Fire safe (ISO 10 497) and ATEX valves for hazardous surroundings are also available.

The temperature field is -40 °C to +180 °C, with special and metal seals up to +230 °C.

A ball valve of stainless steel (316) connected to a double-acting pneumatic actuator controlled by an electro-pneumatic positioner. Controlled by computer, flow and / or pressure is kept constant by continuous control.

The Jouka ball valve of stainless steel (316) is used in processing and chemical industry, paper industry, mechanical engineering and in various transport equipment, to name a few.
