它是一種直動和先導式相結合的原理,,當入口與出口沒有壓差時,,通電后,電磁力直接把先導小閥和主閥關閉件依次向上提起,,閥門打開,。當入口與出口達到啟動壓差時,通電后,,電磁力先導小閥,,主閥下腔壓力上升,上腔壓力下降,,從而利用壓差把主閥向上推開;斷電時,,先導閥利用彈簧力或介質(zhì)壓力推動關閉件,向下移動,,使閥門關閉,。
直動式電磁閥特點:
直動式電磁閥采用直動式原理,膜片結構,,具有結構簡單,,零件少,反應迅速,,動作靈敏等特點,,可任意方式安裝,,但功耗比先導式電磁閥大,一般在5-20w,,高頻通電容易燒毀線圈,,但是控制簡單,使用范圍廣,。

工作原理
1)常閉型,,通電時電磁線圈產(chǎn)生足夠的電磁力把運動部件(由磁芯,、閥桿、上下部的膜片/密封件構成)從閥座上提起,,閥門開啟;斷電時彈簧力把運動部件壓在閥座上,,閥門關閉。
