變量泵可以為單作用葉片泵,、徑向柱塞泵或軸向柱塞泵,廣泛用于冶金,、礦山,、工程機(jī)械,、船舶、地面設(shè)備等液壓傳動領(lǐng)域,。變量泵徑向柱塞泵包括活塞偏心式和軸偏心式,,軸向柱塞式包括斜盤式和斜軸式。雙向變量泵是指一臺泵,,在原動機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)動方向不變的情況下,,通過改變變量機(jī)構(gòu)例如軸向柱塞泵的斜盤的傾斜方向或壓縮比等方式改變排量的方法。例如原來是東北-西南向,,改為西北-東南向,,則變量泵原來的吸油口變成出油口,原來的出油口變成吸油口,,即改變了液流的流向,。

1.泵的軸線與電機(jī)的軸線虛保持一定的同軸度。對于齒輪泵,,泵的轉(zhuǎn)動軸與電機(jī)輸出軸之間的安裝采用彈性聯(lián)軸節(jié),,其不同軸度不得大于O.1mm,采用軸套式聯(lián)軸節(jié)的不同軸度不得大于0.05mm,;對于葉片泵,,一般要求不同軸度不得大于0.1mm,且與電機(jī)之間應(yīng)采用撓性連接,;同樣對于斜盤式軸向安裝精度也提出具體要求:
(1)支座安裝的斜盤式軸向泵,,其同軸度檢查允差事=0.1mm;
(2)采用法蘭安裝時,,安裝精度要求其芯軸徑向法蘭同軸度檢查公差為西=0.1mm:法蘭垂直度檢查允差t=0.1mm,;
(3)采用軸承支架安裝皮帶輪或齒輪,,然后通過彈性聯(lián)軸節(jié)與泵聯(lián)接,來保證泵的主動軸不承受徑向力和軸向力,??梢栽试S承受的力應(yīng)嚴(yán)格控制在許用范圍內(nèi),特殊情況下還要對轉(zhuǎn)子進(jìn)行精密的動平衡實驗,,以盡量避免共振,。
2.濾器的安裝
為避免泵抽空,嚴(yán)禁使用精密過濾器,。對于齒輪泵的過濾精度應(yīng)≤40um,,在吸油口常用網(wǎng)式過濾器。對于葉片泵,,柱塞泵,,油液的清潔度應(yīng)達(dá)到國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)等級16/19級,使用的過濾器精度大多為25~30um,。吸油口過濾器的正確選擇和安裝,,會使液壓故障明顯減少,,各元件的使用壽命可大大延長,。
3.配管的安裝要求
(1)進(jìn)油管的安裝高度不得大于O.5m。進(jìn)油管必須清洗干凈,,與泵進(jìn)油口配合的油泵緊密結(jié)合,,必要時可加上密封膠,以免空氣進(jìn)入液壓系統(tǒng)中,。
(2)進(jìn)油管道的彎頭不宜過多,,進(jìn)油管道口應(yīng)接有過濾器,過濾器不允許漏出油箱的油面,。當(dāng)泵正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)后,,其油面離過濾器頂面至少應(yīng)有100mm,以免空氣進(jìn)入,,過濾器的有效通油面積一般不低于泵進(jìn)油口油管的橫截面積的50倍,,并且過濾器應(yīng)經(jīng)常清洗,以免堵塞,。(3)吸入管,,壓出管和回油管的通徑不應(yīng)小于規(guī)定值。
(4)泵的泄漏回油管不宜與液壓系統(tǒng)其他回油管聯(lián)在一起,,應(yīng)單獨并插入油箱液面以下,。
