hPSMA/RM1
| I. Background | |
| PSMA 蛋白也稱為羧基肽酶 II 和水解酶 1,，它是一種跨膜糖蛋白酶,，存在 于細胞表面。PSMA 主要在前列腺,、腎臟,、小腸以及中樞和外周神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)中表達,。PSMA 在正常前列腺組織和非前列腺癌組織（如淚腺、神經(jīng)系統(tǒng),、十二指腸）中表達水平很低,， 但在前列腺癌組織中的表達比正常組織高 100-1000 倍。在前列腺癌中,，PSMA 表現(xiàn)出羧肽 酶活性,，可以促進釋放，并激活系統(tǒng),，調(diào)節(jié)鈣離子通道,。此外，它能夠 將細胞生存信號從絲裂原激活蛋白激酶途徑轉(zhuǎn)向磷酸-3 激酶/Akt 致癌途徑,，最終促進 腫瘤細胞生長,。PSMA 在其他實體腫瘤中也有表達，比如胃癌,、胰腺癌,、乳腺癌、肺癌等,， 但是在這些腫瘤中,，PSMA 分布于腫瘤血管而不是腫瘤細胞。在非前列腺癌中,，PSMA 主 要參與腫瘤血管的生成,，PSMA 可促進血管粘連蛋白肽的下游 MMP-2 的激活。 | |
