LRRC15（Leucine Rich Repeat Containing 15）,，富含 15 個(gè)的重復(fù)序列，是 LRRC 超家族的成員之一,。LRRC15 同時(shí)能夠正調(diào)控細(xì)胞的遷移,，調(diào)控受體介導(dǎo)的病毒粒 子與宿主細(xì)胞的附著，且蛋白質(zhì)定位于細(xì)胞質(zhì)膜,。LRRC15 主要是以蛋白-蛋白和蛋白-基質(zhì) 相互作用方式,，參與細(xì)胞-細(xì)胞和/或-細(xì)胞外基質(zhì)的相互作用，參與炎性反應(yīng)相關(guān)疾病,，同 時(shí)在細(xì)胞粘附,、信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)、DNA 修復(fù)等過(guò)程中有重要作用,。LRRC15 在正常組織中的低表 達(dá),，而在骨肉瘤、卵巢癌、乳腺癌,、胰腺導(dǎo)管腺癌,、促結(jié)締組織增生型小圓細(xì)胞癌等癌癥 中高表達(dá)。 | |
