二、用途
主要適用于固體絕緣材料如絕緣漆、樹脂和膠,、浸漬纖維制品,、云母及其制品、塑料,、薄膜復(fù)合制品,、陶瓷和玻璃等介質(zhì)在工頻電壓或直流電壓下?lián)舸姸群湍碗妷簳r間的測試；該儀器采用計算機控制,，可對試驗過程中的各種數(shù)據(jù)進行快速,、準(zhǔn)確的采集、處理,，并可存取,、顯示、打印,。

本儀器采用計算機控制，通過人機對話方式,，完成對絕緣介質(zhì)的工頻電壓擊穿,，工頻耐壓試驗

五,、電壓擊穿設(shè)備安全說明：
1、設(shè)備要安裝單獨的保護地線,，主要是減少試樣擊穿時對周圍產(chǎn)生的較強的電磁干擾,。也可避免控制計算機失控。
2,、直流試驗放電保護功能:在設(shè)備做完直流試驗時,當(dāng)開啟試驗門時設(shè)備會自動保護,直至使用設(shè)備上的放電裝置放電后保護會自動取消.(注：因為直流試驗后不放電會危險到人身安全,不能直接拿取電極,起到提醒使用人員放電以免造成人身傷害),。
3、增配試驗手動放電裝置,，隨主機為一體化,，當(dāng)直流試驗過程中突然斷電，可采用手動放電棒進行放電,，保證試驗人員的人身安全,。
4、該試驗設(shè)備的電路設(shè)有多項保護措施,，主要有：過流保護,、失壓保護、漏電保護,、短路保護,、直流試驗放電保護等。
