重慶市華雅干細(xì)胞技術(shù)有限公司代理的美國(guó)LONZA公司的凝膠法鱟試劑系列，本品為鱟科動(dòng)物東方鱟（TachypleusTridentatus,Leach）的血液變形細(xì)胞溶解物的無菌冷凍干燥品,，內(nèi)含能被微量細(xì)菌內(nèi)毒素激活的凝固酶原（Proclottingenzyme）和凝固蛋白原（Coagulogen）,。在適宜的條件下（溫度，pH值及無干擾物質(zhì)）,，細(xì)菌內(nèi)毒素激活鱟試劑中的凝固酶原,，使鱟試劑產(chǎn)生凝集反應(yīng)形成凝膠。凝膠法鱟試劑是根據(jù)反應(yīng)所形成凝膠的程度來*檢測(cè)細(xì)菌內(nèi)毒素,。
