電子拉力機(jī)的兩種測試方法區(qū)別之處

*種:根據(jù)電子拉力機(jī)被檢區(qū)間的力值,,選擇標(biāo)準(zhǔn)拉力試樣,,標(biāo)準(zhǔn)拉力試樣的力值為該區(qū)間滿量程力值的60%~90%之間選擇,,將拉力機(jī)試樣裝夾在電子拉力 試驗機(jī)上,,按GB/T228-2002標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定的速度讓電子拉力試驗機(jī)對標(biāo)準(zhǔn)拉力試樣進(jìn)行拉伸,,當(dāng)指針稍有擺動時立刻停止拉伸,即標(biāo)準(zhǔn)拉力試樣處于拉伸狀 態(tài),,此時在標(biāo)準(zhǔn)拉力試樣上裝上引伸計或貼上應(yīng)變片,,按GB/T228-2002標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定的速度繼續(xù)對標(biāo)準(zhǔn)拉力試樣進(jìn)行拉伸,引伸計或應(yīng)變片將標(biāo)準(zhǔn)拉力試樣 的伸長量顯示出來,,根據(jù)胡克定律,,將伸長量換算為拉力值,再與度盤上與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)拉力試樣相同的力值點進(jìn)行對比,,根據(jù)比對值的差來確定電子拉力試驗機(jī)技術(shù)狀態(tài)及 精度,,使得電子產(chǎn)品在設(shè)計研制階段對其固有可靠性有進(jìn)一步的提高。
