• 整個手套箱由304不銹鋼制作（厚度3mm),箱體上并焊有加強筋，使得手套箱腔體達(dá)到高真空時箱體不會發(fā)生變形,。
• 腔體尺寸:  780Lx 650W x 700H mm   ( 31"x 26" x 28" )
• 兩個手套法蘭,，可以保護(hù)橡膠手套在腔體中達(dá)到正壓或是真空狀態(tài)下而不被破壞

機械壓力表和閥門

• 主腔體背后有兩個KF25接口和三個球閥
• 前級室上安裝有機械壓力表，一球閥和一KF25接口

真空泵和擋板閥

真空泵和擋板閥不包括在儀器內(nèi),，可以在本公司訂購        

真空度

真空度:

• 前級室:  0.05 Torr (0.067 mbar);
• 主腔體:  0.5 Torr (0.67 mbar)

注意:

• 此手套箱并非為高真空設(shè)計,，真空度過高會使手套箱變形
• 橡膠手套不可以在真空狀態(tài)下操作，真空處理是為了去除手套箱內(nèi)的水和氧
• 大正壓:   1.1 atm  (注意：如果手套箱內(nèi)的氣壓高于1.1atm  810 torrs  不可以操作橡膠手套）

電源

• The control of glove box humidity is achieved by using either manual purging system or Gas Purification System.

  •  Himidity Range 4~5% Rh: According to our experimental results, manually purging the system for 6 cycles by using the N2 gas supply tank

  •   Himidity Range < 2% Rh: If you need to achieve a himidity level lower than 2% Rh, please either use gas supply with 99.9999% gas puritywith moisture filter  or a Recirculating Gas Purification Systemfor purging.
