先導(dǎo)活塞浮球蒸汽疏水閥
PISTON BALL FLOAT TRAP
特點(diǎn)/性能
1、自由浮球先導(dǎo)機(jī)構(gòu)確保無(wú)凝結(jié)水滯留,。
2,、活塞閥芯平穩(wěn)開(kāi)啟，超大排量,。
3,、“蒸汽緩沖”防止主閥芯硬性碰撞在閥座上。
4,、無(wú)需從管線上拆下來(lái),，就可對(duì)所有內(nèi)件進(jìn)行維修保養(yǎng)。
5,、內(nèi)置大面積過(guò)濾網(wǎng)給疏水閥提供了zui大限度的保護(hù),。
Characteristic/Performance
1. The free-ball float’s pilot mechanism ensures there is no condensate water left over.
2. The valve core of the piston is opened stably with overlarge displacement.
3. “Steam buffering” is to prevent the main valve core from bumping onto the valve seat.
4. It can be maintained and cleaned up without need removing from the pipeline.
5. The built-in large-area screen offers maximum protection for the steam trap.
用途：
JH10型用于高溫、高壓、飽和蒸汽,、過(guò)熱蒸汽的蒸汽主管,、蒸汽伴熱管線和加熱設(shè)備,。
JH15型用于中高壓大型加熱,、干燥、分餾及其它產(chǎn)生大量凝結(jié)水蒸汽設(shè)備,。
Purpose：
JH10 Model applies to steam main pipe, steam tracing pipeline and heating equipment with high temperature and pressure, saturated steam and overheated steam.
JH15 Model applies to such steam equipment as medium-and high large heating, drying, distilling and other device generating plenty of condensate water-vapor.

注解：
1、選型時(shí)請(qǐng)?zhí)峁┕ぷ鲏毫?、工作壓差,、凝結(jié)水發(fā)生量、工作溫度,、連接方式及標(biāo)準(zhǔn),。
2、凝結(jié)水負(fù)荷的安全系數(shù)一般為1.5～2倍,。
3,、正確安裝、定期保養(yǎng)清除閥內(nèi)污物,，保證疏水閥正常工作和延長(zhǎng)使用壽命。
Note
1. Please provide operating pressure and operating pressure difference, generating quantity of condensation water, operating temperature, connecting mode and standards in selecting product models.
2.The load of condensation water’s safety coefficient reaches 1.5 to 2 times in general.
3. Please make sure the drain valve is installed properly, maintained regularly, cleaned up and operates under the normal condition, so as to extend its service life.
