顯氣孔率=視孔隙率、容重=體密度
適用于:
1.真空法,、煮沸法測定多孔陶瓷制品顯氣孔率,、容重。兩種實驗結果有爭議時,,以真空法結果為準,。
2.顯氣孔率:試樣中開口空隙(指與大氣相通的氣孔)的體積與試樣總體積的百分比率,以%表示,。
3.容重:試樣的干燥重量與試樣總體積之比,,以g/cm3表示。儀器,、設備,、材料:蒸餾水、烘干箱、玻璃干燥器,、MHV-2真空抽取機,、自動控制加熱設備、比重計QL-300C(要求高精度時,,推薦使用QL-120C)

測試步驟:
1.從檢驗用的各個制品的不同部位上切取體積不小于10cm3的試樣,,試樣必須有一個原制品主要表面(即垂直制品通過流體的表面)
2.實驗前應將試樣表面清洗干凈,置于烘干箱中于110±5℃下烘干至恒重,,即間隔1h的兩次連續(xù)稱量只差應小于0.1%,。稱量前應放置在干燥器中冷卻至室溫,稱量精確至0.01g,。m1
試樣飽和:有兩種方式
1.真空法:將試樣放入真空機中,,放入蒸餾水,至*覆蓋試樣,,開動真空抽取機至剩余壓力小于0.0013Mpa,,抽氣至試樣無氣泡出現(xiàn)時即可,取出試樣,。(或者可以先把試樣放入真空抽取機中,,在剩余壓力小于0.0013Mpa的真空機中,抽氣十分鐘,,然后再放入蒸餾水至*覆蓋試樣,,再抽氣至試樣無氣泡出現(xiàn)即可停止)。
2.煮沸水法:將恒重的試樣放入盛有蒸餾水的自動控制加熱設備里,,在試樣之間與容器底部墊以干凈紗布,,使試樣互不接觸。煮沸過程中應保持水面高出試樣50mm,。加熱蒸餾水至沸騰并保持2h,,然后停止加熱,冷卻至室溫,。(停止加熱后,,把試樣浸入冷水中,收縮空隙,,維持飽和效果),。
3.將飽和后的試樣,放在儀器上,,迅速稱量飽和試樣在空氣中的重量(用煮沸
法時要用飽含水的多層紗布,,擦去試樣便面附著的水分),精確至0.01g m2
4.將飽和試樣,,放入水中,,稱其在水中的重量,,精確至0.01g。m3
