科拉特流量計(jì)故障分析
(1)流量控制儀表系統(tǒng)指示值達(dá)到zui小時(shí),首先檢查現(xiàn)場(chǎng)檢測(cè)儀表,,如果正常,,則故障在顯示儀表。當(dāng)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)檢測(cè)儀表指示也zui小,,則檢查調(diào)節(jié)閥開度,,若調(diào)節(jié)閥開度為零,則常為調(diào)節(jié)閥到調(diào)節(jié)器之間故障,。當(dāng)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)檢測(cè)儀表指示zui小,,調(diào)節(jié)閥開度正常,故障原因很可能是系統(tǒng)壓力不夠,、系統(tǒng)管路堵塞,、泵不上量、介質(zhì)結(jié)晶,、操作不當(dāng)?shù)仍蛟斐?。若是儀表方面的故障,原因有:孔板差壓流量計(jì)可能是正壓引壓導(dǎo)管堵,;差壓變送器正壓室漏,;機(jī)械式流量計(jì)是齒輪卡死或過(guò)濾網(wǎng)堵等。
(2)流量控制儀表系統(tǒng)指示值達(dá)到zui大時(shí),,則檢測(cè)儀表也常常會(huì)指示zui大,。此時(shí)可手動(dòng)遙控調(diào)節(jié)閥開大或關(guān)小,如果流量能降下來(lái)則一般為工藝操作原因造成,。若流量值降不下來(lái),,則是儀表系統(tǒng)的原因造成,檢查流量控制儀表系統(tǒng)的調(diào)節(jié)閥是否動(dòng)作,;檢查儀表測(cè)量引壓系統(tǒng)是否正常,;檢查儀表信號(hào)傳送系統(tǒng)是否正常。
(3)流量控制儀表系統(tǒng)指示值波動(dòng)較頻繁,可將控制改到手動(dòng),,如果波動(dòng)減小,,則是儀表方面的原因或是儀表控制參數(shù)PID不合適,如果波動(dòng)仍頻繁,,則是工藝操作方面原因造成,。
